Perfect Getaway

Very relaxing weekend getaway. The hot tub was a great bonus and the master bed was super comfy. Of course the theater was fun to unwind for the evening. All and all a great stay

Best vacation rental ever!

This property is perfect for a family with adult children. Plenty of room with MBR on top floor & 2 bed rooms on lower floor. The tot tub was clean and the theater room was amazing. I will definitly be back next year!

UT luxury

Our UT rental was modern and clean. Location was perfect not to mention beautifully surrounded by views of the Wasatch mountains. Amenities were perfect and spacious. I highly recommend this property for anyone wishing to visit Park City.

Great place!

We had a great stay. The house is well equipped with full kitchen, nice appliances, dishwasher and laundry detergent, soap and shampoo, etc. The hot tub was private and clean. Everything worked well and instructions were clear. Beautiful view of the mountains. The short drive to Park City Mountain was worth it for the extra space.

Nice location, great property

Good drive to Park City Mtn. (*lots* of traffic in the mornings and after the slopes close, but still just a 30 minute drive). Very nice view of the mountains. A bit of traffic right in front of the patio, but nothing to ding the location over. Lots of space, rooms and beds were great, very clean, nice kitchen and appliances, media room was awesome (my only suggestion is that the owners set the Roku to 'Guest Mode' so renters can log in to their own accounts and apps). Garage is tight with owner's vehicle inside so we just parked in the driveway. Overall a wonderful stay.

Wonderful family vacation

We loved this property! The size was perfect for our family of five. We loved the theater room and had movie night almost every night. We stayed the week before Christmas and the snow was perfect. It's a little out of the way, but only about a 15-minute drive to anywhere you want to go. It's not located near anything real close such as a drugstore or a grocery store. So I advise you to load up at the local grocery store or Walmart which is about a 15 minute drive away.

Wonderful Stay in a Spacious, Well-Equipped Home!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful and spacious home in Park City, Utah! The house was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully designed with plenty of room for everyone to relax. We especially enjoyed the movie theater, the hot tub (which was spotless with fully functioning jets), and the balcony space with comfortable sofas and breathtaking views. The gas grill was perfect for cooking meals, and the kitchen was well-stocked with appliances, plates, and cups. Having both a washer and a dishwasher tablets available was a big plus.The host was incredibly communicative and professional, making the entire process seamless. We did encounter a minor issue with the basement thermostat, but after resetting it, everything worked perfectly. The check-out process was smooth and hassle-free.This house truly exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Park City. We can’t wait to return!
