About this space
Welcome to your downtown getaway! The group will enjoy easy access to everything from this central location. This home is walking distance to all that Penticton has to offer.
- 5 minute walk to the SOEC
- 8 minute walk to local breweries and restaurants
- 12 minute walk to Okanagan Beach
- 15 minute walk to the top of Penticton's famous channel river float
If driving, you can access all the above within minutes, and are only a short ten minute drive up to the well-known Naramata wineries.
The space
Guests will have access to over 1200 square feet of this newly built townhouse with plenty of natural light and access to stone patio for outdoor gathering.
Master bedroom with ensuite, including soaker tub and separate shower. French doors open to a small balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee and a peak of the sunrise over the mountains.
Second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and access to its own full bath just down the hall including glass shower.
Please note furniture will differ from the photos. We have the unit cleaned professionally between listings; however, a dog does live in the house part-time and therefore if you have severe allergies you may wish to keep this in mind.
Access to Wifi, smart TV with Netflix, and Disney Plus. In-suite laundry is available if needed.
If your preferred dates are not available, or if you wish to have additional guests, please let us know and we will try to accommodate. There is the option of us providing bedding to make up the living room couch for sleeping if needed.
Guest access
There are two guest parking stalls available free of charge, accessed through the alley and attached to the home. Guests have access to all living spaces and 2 or of our 3 bedrooms. This is our everyday home; as a result, our daughter's room will be locked and we may access the garage from time to time. The garage is completely separate from the rest of the house and this should not impact your stay whatsoever.
Other things to note
This is a four unit townhouse build - our unit is in the back alley, off of Orchard Avenue. Please do not enter through neighbour's yard.
We are happy to answer any and all questions you may have, provide suggestions of our favourite spots to visit, or help out in any way that you may need to enjoy your stay with us.
