We loved this house. It was clean, well kept and updated. We did have an issue with one of the fans but they came in same day and switched it out. Overall was a great stay, we will definitely be staying here again. The only downside, which i had read on others reviews was the washer/dryer combo. It was definitely more of an inconvenience than it was help as it took forever to do your laundry. Especially when you have 7 ppl there. Other than that it was a great stay.

Winter break for the whole family!

We absolutely loved this stay and had an amazing winter break here! The house and the yard are beautiful- the neighborhood is quiet but close to everything we wanted- the pool was warm and an absolute blast- and the communication for checkin/questions etc with the managers was exceptional. We already booked again for next year. Thank you for an amazing vacation- we can’t wait to come back!

Island paradise!

This property is absolutely beautiful! There is tons of space to spread out inside and out. It’s close enough to the beach to go everyday but far enough away to feel secluded from the hustle and bustle. The pool area was exactly what we needed after a long day at the beach and the 2 tv areas were perfect for the kids And adults to wind down before bed without having to compromise on what to watch. The beds and pillows were super comfy and the house and grounds were very well maintained. Thanks for letting spend a week in your home!

Amazing Spot!

First off, the house itself is amazing! However, I rented the place hoping we could have family meals bc the advertising shows a big table and I love to cook. So upon the first day there, I found a screw on the floor which I stepped on barefooted! Thank the Lord it didn’t go thru my foot! The chairs looked like they came from Temu and it broke upon me sitting it in. I’m okay though it hurt my back, but my concern is for an elderly person! They wouldn’t get up and there could be a lawsuit! Very cheap chairs! No one would sit in them after they watched me bust it! Then, I go to wash clothes and it’s a dryer and washer in one and the dryer ran all night and never dried. Couldn’t wash clothes at all. I feel bad bc I’m not really one to complain, but I saved for this trip and it was my daughter’s graduation present and mine and my husband’s 25th anniversary. So this was very special and meaningful to me. Plus, we don’t just get to take vacations. For this amount of money, I wanted everything to be exceptional! We all had a fantastic time, except for my mom. She fell trying to get in the bed. In two of the bedrooms, the beds are high so she struggled a bit. She’s fine other than some bruising. I would really like to give this place a 5, so in hopes they fix the chair situation and the washer/dryer and put a stool to the beds, it would be perfect as the location is phenomenal! And I love that it’s pet friendly!

This home was quiet, clean and spacious. Great pool and fit perfectly for our group of 3 couples. Easy check-in and access to the property. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. The walkable beach they are referring to is VERY small, although you can easily drive to the beautiful Siesta Key beach and great restaurants! Would love to return and would rent this home again!
