Lake Pontchartrain stretches out before you from two private balconies, its calm waters shifting color through the day - from pale morning silver to deep evening blue. This three-bedroom lakefront townhouse puts you right at the edge of the marina, where boat masts sway gently in the breeze and the city hum of New Orleans feels both close and wonderfully far away. It is a place built for slow mornings, easy evenings, and everything the city has to offer just fifteen minutes down the road.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms sleep up to six guests comfortably. The primary suite is anchored by a king bed with a private bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, and the third is furnished with full beds and a daybed with trundle - perfect for families or groups traveling together. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows, and generous closet and dresser storage keep nights restful and mornings unhurried. Half bath is added for convenience

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen is stocked for serious cooking - a Frigidaire electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, mini fridge, and freezer cover every practical need, while cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, a blender, toaster, baking sheet, and hot water kettle are all on hand. A Keurig coffee machine and coffee are ready for your first morning. The open-plan dining table and wet bar make the space just as well-suited to a relaxed group dinner as to a lazy breakfast before a day out.

Living & entertainment
The living area is comfortable and unhurried - a Roku HDTV, board games, and high-speed Wi-Fi give you options for downtime. A dedicated workspace with a door makes the home a practical base for anyone working remotely or planning their New Orleans itinerary. Central air conditioning and central heating keep things comfortable whatever the season brings.

Outdoor living
Step out onto either balcony and the lake and marina views open up in front of you - take your morning coffee here, or wind down in the evening with the water in sight. Below, outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and an outdoor dining area make the most of the open air, along with a private gas BBQ grill and a private outdoor kitchen. The private heated pool is open 24 hours and the hot tub is right alongside it. A private boat slip adds direct water access for those arriving by water or heading out on the lake. Two free driveway parking spaces and additional free street parking take care of arrivals by car.

Convenience & amenities
An in-unit washer and dryer, iron, drying rack, essentials, hangers, and a safe are all included. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer, with a bathtub available for longer soaks. Families are well catered for - a Pack 'n Play is available on request, a paid folding high chair can be arranged, and baby safety gates and babysitter recommendations are on hand. Exterior security cameras, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit round out the home's safety features. Self check-in via smart lock makes arrival straightforward, and cleaning services are available during your stay. Half bath is added for convenience

Breakwater Park and the marina are just steps away, and the French Quarter, Superdome, and Frenchmen Street are all within a fifteen-minute drive. Whether you are visiting for Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest, or simply to experience what makes New Orleans unlike anywhere else, this lakefront address puts you well placed for all of it.
