The cabin offers a heated indoor pool, mountain views, seclusion, theater room, game room, hot tub, wifi throughout the cabin and is perfect for a small family or couples retreat.

The cabin is located in the prestigious Cedar Falls Resort. Guests have access to the Resort facilities, including a Seasonal Outdoor Pool, Seasonal Outdoor Basketball Court, Outdoor pavilion, Walking Trails and a Mountain Stream.

With generous parking for up to 8 vehicles and easy access into the home, you enter this beautiful home, awe-struck by the amazing detail and finishes as you make your way through the home.

Main Level:
The entry level features the living room, kitchen, dining, a guest bathroom, 1 master bedroom with full bath and access to the spacious covered patio.
The living room features a stunning wall of windows, magnificent gas fireplace, comfortable high-end seating, large HDTV and access to the deck and covered porch.
The gourmet kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops and all the cookware and tableware necessary to create that perfect family meal. There is seating for 4 around the kitchen island and the dining table offers seating for 6. The guest bath is located by the stairwell.
The bedroom on this level features a king bed, HDTV, a private spacious full bathroom with double vanity, tiled walk-in shower and stone soaker tub. The bedroom has access to the deck with seating and a great mountain view.
Out on the spacious wraparound deck, enjoy a cook-out on the gas grill, or relax in the patio lounge area with outdoor gas fireplace, comfortable seating and an outdoor dining table to enjoy a scrumptious meal.

Upper Level:
The upper level features 3 bedrooms (a loft bunk room and 2 master suite bedrooms) and 3 full bathrooms.
The 1st bedroom is a loft bunk room featuring a built-in queen-over-queen bunk and large HDTV, perfect for the kids. There is also a playroom area and a shared full bath with tiled shower nearby.
The 2nd bedroom features a king bed, large HDTV, a private full bath with tiled walk-in shower and access to a private covered porch with seating and a mountain view.
The 3rd bedroom offers a king bed, HDTV and a private full bath with tiled walk-in shower.

Lower Level:
The lower level features the indoor pool, home theater, games area and access to the covered patio with hot tub, games and a large yard with a basketball court, a fire pit area and a kids climbing jungle gym.
The private theater room features an over-sized plush sectional seating arrangement, large HDTV and surround sound. The game room area offers a pool table, arcade game, foosball, pub table, a lounge area with large HDTV, a wall of glass looking onto the indoor pool room and access to the outside patio.
The pool room features a large heated indoor pool with access to the patio area.
Step out onto the covered patio, relax in the soothing hot tub, enjoy a game of outdoor ping-pong or shoot some hoops in the half-court basketball court.

For even more entertainment, make you way to the front yard where the kids will have hours of fun on the kids jungle gym and everyone can gather around the fire pit to enjoy some S'mores when the sun goes down.

FIREWORKS PROHIBITED. No use or display of fireworks or similar pyrotechnics of any kind shall be allowed or permitted in the resort at any time.
