We had a great time, only thing is: there is no washer dryer for use, so plan for that ahead of time. Otherwise, we loved it so much!

Almost perfect

The location was easy to find. Pros: location, comfortable, full kitchen, a/c collllld, and price. Cons: wasn't entirely clean things stuffed behind pullout bed in living room, not enough pillows to accommodate 4, a/c filter was really dirty, you pay a $200+ cleaning fee but you have to do the cleaning before exiting, communicating with property owner was nonexistent. I sent several emails without any response (although I figured some things out on my own), pool was very green (kids refused to get in so that says a lot.. of course we wouldn't let them anyway), we never found the outside trashcan to take out our garage, door wasn't all that secure...door knob was wiggly, the automatic door lock didn't automatically lock after leaving or entering...it was very confusing to use, and my husband left his very expensive hat while trying to locate trash and no one contacted us about it. I would really like the return of his hat it would really make his day. All in all we would consider giving it another try.

Your feedback is essential to us, and we've relayed your comments to the homeowner, who would like to address the following: - We appreciate your valuable feedback on your recent stay, and we're delighted that you found our property's location easy to find, the fully-equipped kitchen, the efficient air conditioner, and the affordability. Your positive feedback on these aspects is appreciated. - We apologize for any inconvenience during your stay. The pool is cleaned professionally on a regular schedule and we haven't received complaints of this before from any other owners/guests. - The doorknob on our manual lock has been tightened, and we've addressed cleanliness with our team to prevent future issues. In addition, the filter has been cleaned in the past three months, and the exterior grates have also been cleared of lint. We provide five sleeping pillows for your comfort. - We understand your concerns about communication and the lack of response to your emails. We improved our communication channels by adding our direct phone number. - We will be laminating the Welcome packet/instructions so that it's readily available to our guests. It includes the location of the trash dumpster and pool. - Lastly, we apologize for any inconvenience regarding your husband's lost hat. We made every effort to locate it, but were unfortunately unsuccessful in finding it. Thank you for considering giving us another try. We value your feedback and are committed to making the necessary improvements to provide a more enjoyable stay in the future.

Not what I expected....

The pool you see in the picture is actually across the street from this rental - very misleading. The internet use instructions were supposed to be in the unit but were not and weren't provided until after several calls. There was no blender or toaster when we got to the unit. We had to call several times to get these two appliances. There were feathers coming out of the couch. There was no measuring cups, no measuring spoons and no dish cloths. We left the measuring spoons we bought. This unit is not ocean front and has very, very limited "ocean view." I'm not sure at all how it got the 5 stars reviews we saw. When I called the "contact" phone number, I got the cleaning service. Later on, the contact calls were routed somewhere else and we did finally get a blender, a toaster, dish cloths and directions for internet use but overall, very disappointing accommodations.
