The Primary Bedroom boasts a full bath en suite, a king-size bed, and glass doors providing access to the balcony and stunning gulf views. Meanwhile, the charming Guest Bedroom exudes a nautical theme, featuring two twin beds, a wall-mounted TV, and access to a full hall bathroom doubling as a powder room.

Below, a sun deck hosts a large pool and bubbling hot tubs overlooking the picturesque beach. An impressive indoor pool with a cathedral ceiling and expansive windows offers a climate-controlled environment to swim while enjoying views of the glistening gulf. Across Scenic Gulf Drive lies a palm-studded boardwalk, granting easy access to the shimmering shores. From lounging in the pools to immersing oneself in the luminescent waters of the Gulf, transitions are seamless and swift. Additionally, a state-of-the-art fitness center is conveniently located on-site, catering to all wellness needs.

Majestic Sun features double towers overlooking the glittering emerald toned waters of gulf in Destins Miramar Beach. The towers are interconnected as one at the top with a soaring arch that goes right through the middle of its center. It is an architectural masterpiece and local icon due to the unique distinctive look. The sugar white beach extends ribbon like across 2,000 linear feet of the glorious gulf with sparkling sun splattered waters that spread out towards the southern horizon.

This tremendous location in Miramar Beach is minutes away from popular beachfront restaurants, golf at Seascape where Ocean Reef guest receive special rates, shopping at the nations largest discount designer known as Silver Sands and family entertainment at the Village of Baytowne Wharf or Grand Boulevard in nearby Sandestin.

*Majestic Sun Exterior Restoration: Exterior painting, sealing, and railing work is currently taking place Monday–Saturday, 8 AM–5 PM, with completion projected for late March. Guests may experience intermittent work-related noise and temporary closures of exterior areas. Both pool decks are expected to close in December, with plans to reopen for the week between Christmas and New Year’s. Rates have been discounted to reflect the potential inconvenience.

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

*Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
