Let our fully renovated and professionally decorated two bedroom, two bath condo be your best vacation ever to make your greatest memories! Escape to the beautiful emerald coast as you enjoy scenic sunrises and sunsets from your private balcony overlooking the idyllic emerald water and white sand beaches. With over 2000 feet of white sand beach frontage, there is plenty of room for beach chairs, sand castles, and playing in the sand and surf. Condo comes with in unit washer and dryer, wifi access, and cable TV.

Sleeping Arrangements
Our condo offers a king bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the guest room, and a sofa sleeper. Combined these can easily accommodate 6 people.

Property Highlights
The Majestic Sun provides access to two pools, a climate-controlled indoor/outdoor pool (heated in the winter) and an outdoor pool with a hot tub, a gulf front fitness facility, and gorgeous beach access. The Majestic Sun is also a part of the Seascape Resort which gives our guests access to the amenities provided by Seascape, including 5 additional outdoor swimming pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts and golf. The condo complex is conveniently located on Scenic Gulf Drive—within walking distance to coffee, ice cream, and many dining options.

Wonderful Time

This was our first time to Miramar Beach and we will be back. The condo was just as advertised. Everything was very nice. Only a short drive to anything you want to do. This was my grandsons first time to the beach. He is 4 and loved everything about it.

Only downside is bedroom ceiling fan made a loud humming sound.

The unit was very spacious and located within walking distance to souvenir shops, restaurants, and grocery stores, and close to beach access. The balcony was very spacious with plenty of seating and excellent ocean views. The management company was respondent and accommodating. Highly recommend this location. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Needs a scrub

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The whole place was in need of a thorough clean. Bedding was stained and while sheets have been washed, the comforters clearly have not in a long time. Pillows smell of mildew. Sheets are torn. Carpet is crunchy. Baseboards have a thick coat of grime in many areas. Hair and wads of toothpaste from former guests in bathrooms. The location is amazing. View is amazing. But I didn’t want to touch anything.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve used 3D rentals in May 2024 so we didn’t hesitate to use them again. We were willing to look past the broken patio handle and even the mold on the bathroom ceiling. We even considered extending our stay. However, when I stripped the bed for check out o discovered that the mattress cover was covered in stains from both body fluids and blood stains. It was gross. When I reached to 3D they simply replied thanks for letting us know so we can take care of it. We rent units about 8-16 weeks a year in Destin but will not be using 3D rentals any longer.

The beds were comfortable and having beach chairs and toys in the unit was super convenient. This one also has great patio furniture. I would definitely rent this one again.
