NEWLY RENOVATED! Blue Vista is one of the most beautiful, tasteful, coziest, and most convenient cabins we have in the Smokies! This 5 bedroom/4-bathroom home spared no expense in making it such a home away from home for guests. With fireplaces throughout, hot tub, pond, firepit, pool table, arcade games, tons of cozy couches, it being pet-friendly, and amazing kitchens straight out of Southern Living (perfect place to spend your holidays at), you’re never going to want to leave Blue Vista!

Blue Vista is made up of two different homes that you have all to yourself, so this is perfect for a multi-family vacation. The home with the fenced-in front yard is called Blue Haze Lodge and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in it. The bedroom on the main level has 2 double beds in it and a full bathroom with walk-in shower next to it. Also on the main level is a game room with an arcade game, electric fireplace, bar area with mini fridge, TV, huge Connect 4, a card table, and the cabinets are stocked with games to play!

Walk through the game room to a cozy leather couch perfect for curling up to read. Beyond that is a large living room with a flat screen TV mounted above a fireplace, a huge leather couch with room for the whole family, and gorgeous built-in bookshelves full of books and beautiful touches. Behind the couch is the dining room table and the luxurious kitchen, which is fully equipped for you to make everyone’s favorite meals (or just a really good cup of coffee)! There is also a washer and dryer in a closet off the kitchen. Head upstairs for the primary bedroom with a king bed, a TV, and an absolutely dreamy bathroom with a walk-in shower!

The second home for this property is all one level and is called Appalachian Vista. This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Appalachian Vista has its own separate entrance and two cute front porches, both with seating options! When you walk in the front door, you’ll be immediately impressed with the gorgeous design. With chinked log walls, rustic and tasteful furnishings, and all the modern amenities, it’s got the vibe you want for an easy, seamless vacation! The living room has a comfy couch and armchair, an electric fireplace, and a large TV with the option to log into your own streaming services or watch cable. The kitchen and living room are open concept, so you can sit at the bar, cook dinner, make a pot of coffee and still be in on the fun. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and ready to be stocked with all your favorite foods and drinks for the week.

Off the kitchen is one of the bedrooms, with twin bunk beds, adorable décor, and a washer and dryer in a closet. Next to this room is the amazing game room! You’ve got a pool table, a pub table, arcade game, TV, darts, board games, and doors leading to the outside porch. Play a round of pool to see who has to load the dishwasher that night and turn on the big game while competing in darts!

On the other side of the kitchen is a queen-size bedroom decorated beautifully with doors leading to the backyard, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is also a second full bathroom located off the living room, as well as the third bedroom which has a queen-size bed.

The fenced-in front yard has farmland views and peaks of mountains in the distance, making it PERFECT for family, engagement, or wedding photos. There is also a brand new park-style grill in this area. The fenced-in backyard has a gorgeous pond, tons of trees, and lots of space that would also make for stunning photos and events. Both of these spaces are going to make your dogs very happy! The backyard also has a bubbling hot tub, a pond, a firepit, a park style charcoal grill, a table to sit at, and cornhole boards!

Blue Vista has a ton of space, is conveniently located, is pet friendly, has all the amenities a family could want- you’ll want to come back year after year!

No smoking allowed inside this cabin. Use ashtrays or ash buckets on the porches and DO NOT litter.

Winding mountain roads to cabin. Do not feed the bears or wildlife.

This home welcomes your dogs, but please register and pay for your dog when placing your reservation. Pet Policies overview: 2 dog limit, 60 lbs per dog, not allowed on furniture, must be crated if left at the cabin. Guests are financially responsible for damages, and/or extra cleaning needed as a result of dogs, ESAs, or service animals.

STARTER KIT AT CABIN INCLUDES:
● 1 roll of toilet paper per restroom
● 1 roll of paper towels per kitchen area
● 1 small bar of soap per bathroom sink
● 4 towels and 2 wash clothes per F/Q/K bed
● 2 towels and 1 wash cloth per twin bed
● 1 kitchen set: 1 hand towel, 1 washcloth, starter kit of dish detergent
● NOTE: If staying 3+ days, you may need more of these items and are responsible for providing extras. If you want fresh towels/sheets, please bag up your used linens and bring them to our office for a linen exchange.
