Guests can ski-in via the Four O’clock Trail and ski-out via the Snowflake Chair—just 200 yards away—or take the BreckConnect Gondola/Skyway Run. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is also a short distance from the Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center, which has been providing life-changing outdoor learning experiences for individuals of all abilities, with a focus on those with special needs. Tyra Summit sits between the mountain and chairlift, making it perfect for a day of cruising the trails. After a day on the slopes, relax those muscles in one of the indoor and outdoor hot tubs at the complex clubhouse. Gather with loved ones around the wood burning fireplace or the 52” smart TV in the evenings.

Snowflake Vista offers classic alpine charm with a great room featuring vaulted ceilings, a wood burning fireplace, and rustic décor. The kitchen has granite countertops and opens onto the dining area with table seating for 4 and bar seating for 2. Just off the dining area is a deck with a gas grill where guests can take in stunning views of the Continental Divide and the Breckenridge Ski Resort.

The first floor is home to a guest bedroom with 2 twin beds and a private bathroom. The primary bedroom is just up the spiral staircase and has a king bed and a private bathroom with a jetted tub. Just off the primary bedroom is a loft area with a queen sleeper sofa. The loft area overlooks the great room and includes wooden shutters for privacy. The great room also has a queen sleeper sofa. This 1,118-square-foot condo comfortably sleeps 8.

Summertime is all about the alpine experience in all its forms. There’s hiking, biking, horseback riding, fishing, golfing, and whitewater rafting. Snowflake Vista offers an epic hike on Sawmill Creek Trail, with the trailhead just across the road near the Snowflake Chair. If you’re ready for something more adventurous, hike the Four O’clock Trail to the 13,000-foot summit of Peak 8. This cozy condo also offers free parking.
