**NEWLY REMODELED** finished in 2025!
Vacation in Park City. Relax as a family and enjoy the beautiful weather. Enjoy this spacious family sized Park City condo. This convenient well-kept vacation rental is conveniently located beside the Park City golf course (groomed cross country ski course in winter), walking distance to Park City Mountain Resort and on the free Park City bus system. We offer a spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath condominium which comfortably sleeps up to 8 people.

**There is also a separate studio lock-off upstairs that can be used as a 4th bedroom. Message us for availability and pricing if you’re interested in adding it to your stay.

Recently updated with new furnishings, the Park City condo is clean, convenient and family friendly including a new large flat screen tv, new leather couch and new wall furnishings. The kitchen includes stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and a well stocked cabinet to handle a crowd. The condo also offers high speed internet both wired and wireless. The open layout creates a comfy environment for socializing and relaxing. Imagine yourself steps from your kitchen in the well heated pool and outdoor hot tub, light Utah snowflakes falling around you.


Park city’s free transit system stops outside the door and provides easy access to three world class ski areas (Park City, Deer Valley and the Canyons), the historic main street and Kimball Junction without the worries of having to drive your car and find available parking. Situated on the border of charming Old Town with its four-star dining, world-class shopping, and unique art galleries and only a snowball's throw from Fresh Market, Starbucks, and Squatters Brew Pub, the location is ideal.

Our home-away-from-home offers inspiring mountain views and all the amenities you'd expect in a luxury rental. If the three resorts in Park City aren't enough, Snowbird, Alta, Solitude, Brighton, Snowbasin and Powder Mountain are all within an hour's drive. Very clean, had basic spices, cooking supplies and a countertop ice machine which was a plus. Love the ski room but a heated ski boot rack would be a benefit and definitely recommend more hooks in the bedroom bathrooms. Overall a beautiful home and family fun stay!

Excellent, tidy and like-new condition. Close enough to everything. Comfortable stay. Grill was out of propane, had to go to store for tank exchange, then ingniter failed, solved that with purchase of a grill lighter we left in kitchen drawer.

It's an ideal condo for families and family reunions

What a great location with easy access to stores, restaurants and activities. The condo is spacious and can actually put 10 people on beds with more room for sleeping bags. We are thrilled with our stay and will return again and again.
