It is a nice place, but there were enough little things that I wouldn’t stay again. When we arrived there was a trash can overflowing with trash and bugs all around it. We were told that the trash pickup comes on Monday and for us to pull the trash out on Sunday night. I’ve never stayed in a place that asked us to take the previous guests trash out and not have any room at all for our trash until Monday. Also the instructions sent prior to arrival stated different instructions for obtaining gate passes, putting the trash in a bin outside the door, etc. We had to call about that because there was no gate and no place to put our trash outside the front door. We were told that they manage other properties so they send out general directions. It would have been nice to know we didn’t need a parking pass, when the trash comes, where the pool is, etc without calling. There was no welcome book with any instructions for anything inside. The door handles on some of the doors literally were falling off the doors, no remote controls for the main TVs were there. We called about this and were informed to “find them, look under furniture and behind couches” and that they would let maintenance know about the door handles. The kitchen has no extras at all, nothing to cook with except the pans. It’s very minimal. In the end, maintenance did bring remote controls on the second day and pulled the trash out to the road. The house is very big and spacious and it did feel clean.
