Questa bella casa è stata recentemente ristrutturata e gode di una vista incredibile di tutta la costa. Il 3 camere da letto, 2 e un mezzo bagno ha una grande layout che sfrutta i punti di vista da quasi ogni stanza. Questa casa è il luogo perfetto per godersi il tempo con amici e familiari.

Caratteristiche domestiche:
• La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale, balcone privato e bagno annesso
• Bagno padronale con un bel passo in doccia e balcone privato.
• Seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e gode anche di una splendida vista sull'oceano.
• Si prega di notare la seconda camera è soppalcata sul soggiorno e ha una finestra alcova aperta (senza vetro) che guarda in basso nel soggiorno e al piano di sotto
• La terza camera da letto ha un grande letto a castello con 2 letti queen size.
• Si prega di notare che la seconda e la terza camera condividono un lucernario, e c'è una piccola apertura nella parte superiore del muro tra le due camere da letto: non sono insonorizzate.
• Bagno completo con una combinazione doccia / vasca fuori dal corridoio al piano superiore condiviso dalle 2 camere da letto.
• Soggiorno con tv a schermo piatto, lettore dvd e la migliore vista di qualsiasi casa della zona.

The place was very clean, easy access and off street parking. We enjoyed the view of the ocean and it was close to restaurants and the beach. The drive to the house was steep with sharp turns and could be a problem with rain. One of the bedrooms is open to the living room so it is limited privacy. Otherwise we recommend it.

Winter beach/bike vacation

We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and and stunning views from the house. Having a garage available made it easy for us to bring our bikes. The kitchen was well equipped and the living room was really cozy. We stayed in the master bedroom and found it comfortable. We would recommend this property to friends and will be glad to return!

Incredible views

The complaint we had the bed in the master bedroom was terrible. The carpet upstairs in the master had stains on it and need to be replaced. The house was incredible and the views were just breathtaking.

Clean and nicely updated. Great views of the city and ocean from high up in the neighborhood. Hope you like stairs because the house has many levels.

Nice place

The house is very much as listed. Plenty of space and comfortable beds. There is a ton of natural light so don’t plan on sleeping in! lol. We had 2 issues. One pretty major. We arrived at 5pm on check in day only to find the house was not cleaned. They missed it. I called the after hours number and a manager called me back promptly. We had been travelling all day from across the country so I didn’t really want to leave. The cleaning crew came within 20 min and got everything ready. They did a great job. The manager offered compensation for dinner out that night but we just wanted to stay in. She said she would call back in the am and discuss compensation. She did not. I received a refund to my Vrbo account. Definitely less than I was hoping for. I asked for at least half of a nights stay as finding a rental dirty was quite stressful and frustrating. She said the Tuesday nightly rate was much lower than the other nights, hence the small amount of refund. Needless to say I am not happy with the way it was handled. While I’m sure this doesn’t happen often, I do always hope people will follow through with their word, and she did not. Second issue was ants in the kitchen-could leave no food out. Nice place to stay, but beware it is a rental company so service just isn’t that great. Also—there are A LOT of stairs. Not a problem for us but I could see that being an issue for others.

Beautiful views! BBQ grill only had one burner working so not very happy with cooking on grill especially when that was one of the top needs in my search. Beds were uncomfortable and the carpet in bedroom is dangerous. Needs stretching or replacing. Kitchen pans all had scratches where coating is peeling. Dangerous to cook on, should be thrown away. Door screen in kitchen busted around lock area and did not lock. Other screen door on upper levels were off the tracks and the master one doesn’t lock. Previous leak in ceiling of foyer. Property inside was clean and inviting. Had a great time in Morro Bay and couldn’t get enough of the fabulous views from the home!!!

Beautiful view, convenient location, quiet neighborhood yet you can still hear the waves. All the amenities you need for a weekend or week stay. Highly recommend!!

Views and beds

If you’re looking for a great view this is a good spot. Downsides the beds are so uncomfortable one of us had to sleep on the couch (like concrete) Be prepared for stairs!

Very Happy

Lovely house for a five day reunion with three sisters in beautiful Morro Bay. The house had more than enough space for the three of us with comfy beds, large family space and a well-appointed kitchen. There was a nice fire pit which we didn’t use and a large garage for our car. It is a quick drive away from the wharf area where there is plenty of shopping and restaurants. Just be aware it is a three-story home so lots of stairs.

Chill landing spot

The house was an extremely comfortable way to end our day out and about in the sun. The family room with large bay window was a favorite spot for us to veg out as a family and enjoy the view. Easy access to local sites as well as a nearby well-stocked grocery. Would definitely enjoy again!

Stunning View!

Then home was beautiful and had the stunning view we wanted. You are way up on the side of the hill, so unless you like to walk up and down steep hills you are not walking anywhere from this home. As seen in the photos there are A LOT of stairs to access this home that is spread over 5 levels. It was fine for our group but just something to be aware of. I would definitely stay at this home again. Beds were comfortable and it was in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

Cute house on the hill

Great stay! The house is the exceptional clean and cute, perfect for a small family. Location is just right. We had a great time, will be back. Property manager - please scale down on emails and text messages. A bit too many. :-)

Great Place

This is a cool, multi-level home (yes, there are a lot of stairs) in a very quiet neighborhood with a wonderful view! The location is perfect for getting up and down the coast. The home is well stocked with quality linens, towels, dishes and appliances. The furniture is eclectic, casual and not exactly as pictured in the listing but overall very comfortable. We thought the beds could use a little upgrading however. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!
