CONDO DESCRIPTION:

This wonderful condominium is in the BEST location you could possibly wish for! Located right in the Embarcadero (Morro Bay’s bayside commercial area), this vacation rental gives you the best of all worlds. When you walk out of this small complex you will have many restaurants, bars and shops available to choose from – all within a few minutes’ walk! But when you are in the condo, you will experience the quietness of the bay with only the occasional barking seal breaking the silence. The views are absolutely amazing and entertaining! Watch the sailboats bob up and down; see the kayakers glide through the water; observe the seals and otters and shorebirds as they play in their natural habitat. You won’t want to leave the deck! From the complex you will have access to a dock and a waterside walkway (future). The good news is that there are 3 condos available, all offering the same wonderful amenities, so if one is booked, don’t worry! You can reserve one of the other ones!

This unit is on the bottom level of the building and is completely ADA compliant. We will also accept a dog in this unit. You have your own garage to park in right outside the unit too (please note garage clearance of 6’5", not all vehicles will fit in the garage, additional parking on the street). From the patio, you will have amazing views as you grill up dinner on the Weber barbeque grill and watch the sunset.

Condo Features:

• Kitchen has a full-size refrigerator and oven with everything you need to prepare a meal

• Living room and bedroom are heated with energy-efficient gas fireplaces built into the wall, adding ambiance as well as warmth for your comfort.

• The bedroom has a king-size bed, a large flat-screen TV and plenty of closet space.

• Living room also has a large TV and a comfortable sleeper sofa that makes into a queen-size bed. Full bathroom has a large roll in shower with a bench seat.

• There is also a half bathroom

NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THIS UNIT. PETS CONSIDERED. MUST COMPLY WITH PET POLICY. 1 Small or 1 Medium Dog under 45lbs.

Everything about this place is wonderful. Very well kept. Location is optimal for exploring the entire town. Quiet but with some people watching from the comfort of the home. We will return. And Our dog loved the viewing deck out front

lovely Morro Bay weekend

Our family of 4, stayed at the wonderfully remodeled Harborfront Suites condo #1. The location was superb, on the water overlooking the pretty Morro Bay, and restaurants & shops were right above steps away on the Embarcadero, everything walkable. (We did drive to an Albertsons nearby for food shopping). We also had a secure garage attached to the condo, very nice. The condo was immaculately clean, everything brand new, and everything you needed for a home away from home, really really nice. The living room windows on this corner ground unit, had beautiful views of the bay. There is a public access deck in front of this unit, but the windows were treated for privacy and you couldn't see inside the condo from the deck (we checked). Also being on ground level, we were able to hear the tenants above us walking around, oh well. Still, we would love to stay again at the Harborfront Suites, and look forward to our next visit to Morro Bay.

Beautiful remodeled condo, overlooking Morro Bay

We (family of 4) really enjoyed our weekend in Morro Bay, staying in the pretty Harborfront Suites. Our condo was ground level, with a nice garage. The condo was very nicely remodeled, very clean, and supplied with everything you need for a home-away from home. It really exceeded expectations, everything was so updated and new. There is a public viewing deck right in front of this condo, and people do walk down from the street to look at the bay (not a ton of people) but the windows had some type of treatment, as you couldn't see inside the condo from the outside. The Harborfront Suites are located right off the Embarcadero, and all restaurants/shops are right there, walking distance, which is awesome. Our only slight complaint being on the ground floor, we could hear the tenants above, walking around (since we have two kids, being ground level was also great as we didn't worry about any tenants below us, so...)-- even still, we hope to stay at this lovely condo again.

Terrific unit right on the water

This is an excellent location for visiting Morro Bay. The unit is new, conveniently located near the center of action on the Embarcadero, and right on the waterfront. The all inclusive price (including taxes, housekeeping at the end of the stay, and a 15% discount for at least 3 nights) was a good overall value. We had 3 family member adults, 1 six year old child and a small service dog and were very satisfied. The inclusion of a private garage is an extra bonus. We will return again.

The perfect place to relax

This particular residence was chosen because of my father's need for an ADA compliant property. We visit Morro Bay once a year to be part of a larger family reunion, and my parents do not always accompany us, primarily because of my father's physical needs. My mother and father were incredibly happy with this beautiful location that more than met their expectations. They were surprised at the level of privacy they could enjoy while still being "ground level" in the busy Embarcadero. The view was spectacular and they were more than comfortable. My mother was able to find plenty to do on her own, walking to nearby shops and finding restaurants that gave her take-out capability to bring back to my dad. The private parking worked well for those of us who had to come by to pick them up and manage walking devices. There was an abundance of room to manage with the car without stress. Due to high tourist traffic and the hilly nature of the city, parking in Morro Bay can be hard for those with disabilities. This was the perfect location for them, and those of us without need for the ADA facility were equally impressed and thought that we would love that view! They have described themselves as now "spoiled" should we miss out on an early booking in the future. The bedroom and two bathrooms was absolutely perfect. They commented on how very comfortable they found the bed, and all furnishings. As soon as we know the dates for our next reunion we will be placing a call and hoping this particular condo is available. Thank you for a wonderful stay. My parents are unable to enjoy traveling like they once did, and this made for a delightful get-away.
