Luna house- City Centre and Bus Stop - Perfect for 2 people and pet + hot tub
Walk out the door and within ten minutes , find yourself in the city centre of the beautiful Niagara Falls. Clifton Hill with all of its glory and attractions is just a short walk away from the rental. We are directly on the bus route and a stop is located in front of our home. This is a studio apt. no separate bedroom. The room has a double bed, lazy boy and Smart TV. A microwave and mini fridge are also available for quick meals as is a washer and dryer. Bring your furry friend and if you are allergic, please book elsewhere ..we love animals. A BBQ is available but must be cleaned after use and depending on season, an above ground pool can be used. Relax in the hot tub room or on a personalized back deck after a fantastical day out viewing the falls and Niagara On the Lake , which is a short 20 minute drive away. Ask about our bike rentals as well. There are two apartments in this house but you will have an entire back yard use and apartment for yourself with no sharing .

I am a registered nurse and originally from Czechoslovakia and have lived in Canada for most of my life. My family loves to travel and we enjoy seeing and learning new things. We have been hosts for other properties in Florida and here in Niagara Falls for several years and because we are so close to all the attractions with this new apartment (house with two apartments) , we decided to rent out this studio apartment with gorgeous back deck and use of hot tub room, equipped with a Smart TV and sitting area and music as well as pool *above ground when in season (not always available -the pool). We have a deck area with BBQ use as well and right in front of a bus stop and three blocks from the falls.

The area is close to all attractions and down town Niagara Falls and also close to the bus stop, actually ...bus stop is in front of the property.
What makes this property unique
We have everythng you need in this studio apt., small mini fridge and microwave as well for quick warm ups or cooling of drinks.Walk out deck where you can relax, above ground pool, BBQ , hot tub room and of course, you are welcome to bring your furry friend 'cause pets are family! We truly believe in bringing your fur babies with you!
