Beautiful Lido

We had the most wonderful stay!! This townhome is perfect. Comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything you might need. Close to the beach and St Armand's Circle. The management by Gulf Coast vacation rentals is superb by communicating clearly through rental time till you depart. They ensure everything is up to your expectations; they are just a phone call away. We can't wait to come back.

Not all items that were advertised were at the unit Beach chairs were broken and only one was usable. No Hair dyer in the unit. Had go buy a beach chair and also a hair dyer. Back door code at was given was not correct!

We apologize that some of the advertised items were not in proper condition during your stay. The beach chairs should have been fully usable, and we regret that you had to purchase a replacement. We also apologize for the missing hair dryer, which should have been available in the unit. We are particularly sorry for the inconvenience caused by the incorrect back door access code. We understand how frustrating that can be upon arrival and appreciate your patience while this was resolved. Your comments have been shared with our housekeeping and management teams to ensure equipment is inspected and replaced as needed, unit inventories are carefully checked prior to arrival, and access information is verified so this does not occur again. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us and for providing valuable feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide a more seamless experience in the future.

Review

The unit was conveniently located for access to the beach, St. Armonds Circle, and the bus and had all the things we needed to live comfortably and cook in the kitchen. My only ask would be for the TV service to include one streaming channel so you could watch key sporting events and shows. Also, I feel it would have been a nice gesture to be contacted by our rep on our departure day or the day before to check in with us.
