From your screened lanai it is only steps to the gated heated pool. Steps from your front door is a covered assigned parking spot. The community rec center includes a pool table, and coin-op laundry facilities. Bay Oaks has incredible scenery surrounding the intracoastal waterway, including a beautiful dock and community grilling area.

The host communicated and responded with any questions we had right away. The house is on the smaller side but had everything we needed. Beach chairs, floats, fishing supplies beach towels etc. Lots of kitchen supplies and some spices. Cute beach decor and candles to burn at night were a nice touch! Thank you!

Great vacation! Siesta Keys is now our favorite beach. Property was close to area villages/resturants. Only complaint would be it doesn’t have beach access and you do have to drive to the beach. But it’s not far, maybe a little over 1 mile.

The condo was really cute and had most of the things you need for a beach stay. The location was great and close to everything. The beach is a 15/20 walk or a short shuttle ride. We loved everything about Teresa and Don's condo. It was clean, quiet, well decorated and organized and right next to the pool. We especially loved how comfortable the back patio was. A great place to sit with a cup of tea and enjoy the morning. Also, every time we needed to contact them, we heard back from Teresa right away. We had a lovely week and will definitely be back again!

Perfect apartment

This is exactly as pictures shown. Perfect for a family of 4. The pool is right outside. Beachtowels and beachchairs. It was pretty far to go to the beach if you bring a bunch of stuff😅 But if you have a car you can go to the public beach just a few minutes away. We had a great stay. I would really recommend it. Siesta key is wonderful.

My husband and I met over 25 years ago in Sarasota/Siesta Key. We left the area because of work and currently live in Central Illinois. Four years ago we realized a shared dream of returning to beautiful Siesta Key.

Why they chose this property

We chose this place because it was the right price at the right time. Our daughter was starting college in Miami and having a condo on Florida west coast gave us all a chance to keep connected.

What makes this property unique

I loved decorating the place and sometimes wish I could afford another place just so I can buy more cute beach stuff. My favorite place is the intercoastal deck. I sometimes do yoga at the morning calm and enjoy a glass of wine during the beautiful, peaceful, night atmosphere.
