This beautifully refreshed Nags Head retreat blends coastal luxury with thoughtful comfort, offering front-row ocean views and direct beach access. Renovated in 2023, the top level now features an open, airy floor plan with updated kitchen countertops and backsplash, complemented by new flooring that enhances both style and flow. Fresh interior paint throughout the home adds a bright, rejuvenated feel from top to bottom.

Step outside and follow the new raised walkway straight to the beach, or settle in on the dune-top deck, where sweeping ocean views and generous seating create the perfect spot for sunrise coffee or sunset gatherings. Outdoor living shines here — whether you're lounging by the private pool, soaking in the hot tub, or enjoying friendly competition on the basketball court.

Inside, Dream Weaver is perfectly suited for families and groups, offering six private master bedrooms to ensure everyone has their own retreat. Entertainment abounds with a rec room featuring a pool table and wet bar, while Wi-Fi throughout the home makes it easy to stay connected when needed. First OBX Stay

Great location, beach access and layout. Some hiccups with the pool, internet and cleaning services during our early season stay. Hopefully those were addressed by the kind management company after our communications. But we thoroughly enjoyed our first stay on the OBX.

Needs some attention

The beach was awesome and very close, the property needs some attention. Not horrible, but for the price it needs work. The landscaping out front is dead while the neighbors have theirs looking great. Just not being maintained. The main floor/ kitchen area has been refurbished and is in great shape. The other two floors are in need of work. This seems like a property that they are just trying to make as much money on as possible without reinvesting any of their profits. I had to get a rock from outside to hammer in nails on the deck upstairs that were sticking out 1/4" to 1/2". Probably only 10 nails but if we hit one barefoot it would have been a problem. All of the decks need to be painted or sealed. The elevator was sketchy all week. They did send someone to service it and it got better. Basically the bare minimum was provided. One roll of toilet paper per bath, with one having none. Just kind of cheap for such an expensive place that could just be great with a little investment. Had to have a hose in the pool most of the week in order to keep it filled. Some of the dishes in the drawers had food on them. This place just needs some attention. Not horrible, just not as good as it should be, especially for the price. Hopefully someone will pay some attention and put a little of the profit back into the property and make it as nice as it could/should be.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second year that my family and I have stayed at Dream Weaver. We actually changed companies so that we could stay with the house after they moved to Beach Reality this year. After having tried a number of other houses over the years, we're happy here.The location is great. Walking distance to the pier and Sam and Omies as well as a number of other food and shopping options. **** near across the street from the outlets, you really couldn't ask for a better spot.Some other reviews have listed it as needing work. When we checked in, the house was cleaner then it was the year before. My wife is a bit of a clean freak and normally spends the first day cleaning any house we check into...not this year. Yes there are some obvious signs of wear and tare around the house, but when you have 52 families check in a year, what do you expect. I would consider it on par or better with the other houses we've checked into as far as conditions go.The layout is very good and very functional. Plenty of room for the family and friends. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in a good location but really needs updating/refreshing to command the fees asked. Even the top floor which has been updated in the last few years had considerable wear and tear, ripped upholstery, broken window blinds, kitchen drawers off track, broken light switch. And I think fuzzy wall to wall carpeting in a pet friendly beach house is not a good idea.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is in a great location and it was convenient for each bedroom to have their own bathroom. Also, the pool, elevator, hot tub, and beach access were great.However, the house would benefit from some repairs and updates. The carpet is long overdue for replacement. The tile flooring in the basement has numerous chips and broken tiles that could potentially injure a guest, and several of the mattresses/box springs were broken and extremely uncomfortable.Overall the house was ok but for the rate we paid and the house being listed as a “new rental” we expected it to be in better condition.

Reviewer Comments: The property needs cleaning....carpets and rugs were dirty....took some cleaning on my part to help (i.e. hand rails, windows) Blinds did not fit windows, some window locks did not work....sand came in around windows during heavy winds. Disappointed but will stay again now that I know what cleaning supplies to bring.
