My sister and l absolutely love this location and this condo. This was our second time staying here. The condo is immaculate. It's so easy to access, too. Nearby Mayville has lots of quaint restaurants. Unfortunately, our timing wasn't the best..the weather was cool and stormy most of our days there. But, we had a great time anyway!

Yes, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook and save food.Make sure you bring coffee pods for the Keurig coffee maker.We had a wonderful stay. Everything you need is there and thought of! We got muddy at the barn we were visiting and there were laundry pods there and a gorgeous washer and dryer.The view is exceptional of the lake. Even in March with the lake iced in the was lots of lake wild life activity...such as the daily sighting of Bald Eagles hunting for food.Really close to Mayville and the Mexican Restaurant is the real deal and not to be missed, terrific authentic food.

Wine weekend

Me and 2 of my friends stayed here during the Lake Erie Wine Harvest Weekend. It’s a beautiful, cozy, well-appointed condo with a fantastic view of Lake Chautauqua. The wineries and restaurants are all just a short drive away. Would definitely recommend this place!!

Nice condo!

First-time renters at this unit, really enjoyed the space and the lake views. Unit is clean, well maintained, and furnished with everything you need. Communication with the owner was very good throughout. Strongly recommended rental.

We had a great stay, the condo was clean, all the amenities you’d need, communication with owners was great. The pool is a seasonal pool and didn’t realize that when we booked. The community gave us a good feeling of NY, very friendly. We’d recommend this VRBO!

Fall Getaway in Chautauqua

We stayed in this condo for 4 days. It was in a beautiful location, centrally located between Mayville and Bemus Point on Chautauqua lake. The views were spectacular from the windows in the living room. Beds were very comfortable and it was equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. Chris quickly responded when we reached out to him with questions. I would love to return to this location.

RELAXING

The view was beautiful, even in the rain. Was bummed there were no blinds on any of the window's downstairs, so it was a bit uncomfortable in the evenings. Other than that, it was very nice place. Communication and instructions were awesome.

Lake Living at its Best

We LOVED staying in this wonderful waterfront condo for a week! The view of Chautauqua Lake was beautiful and gave us a peaceful and calm feeling as soon as we arrived. The living areas were comfortable and spacious, and the kitchen was well-stocked with essentials. The condo had pretty nautical decor throughout, and it was very clean and orderly.We enjoyed the community's heated pool, the deck for relaxing, the gorgeous scenery, and the friendly environment of Chautauqua Lake Estates. All in all, we had a FANTASTIC stay and would come back again if given the opportunity. Chris did a great job communicating professionally and personally, and we highly recommend this rental home to others who want to have an exceptional experience like we did.

Chautauga Lake visit

Property was good. Pictures a bit misleading as you look like you're staying in a place you can walk out the back door and be on the beach area. Pull out couch in living room was great but no shades on the windows to block light for the person sleeping there. Also didnt know the remotes for the lights and fans in the bedrooms upstairs apparently control each other which took us about 10 mins to figure out with what was going on with our individual lights and fans. Overall good for 2 night stay.

Fantastic Condo

Our family of 4 adults and 2 children spent the week in this beautiful condo. The pictures do not do it justice. I loved the Life at the Lake decor. The furniture and beds are high quality. (except for the Daybed/trundle which is fine for kids, but not for adults- not much support. But that is typical of that type of bed)The view is my favorite part. It is spectacular. The use of the Gas Grill was terrific as well. Chautauqua Estates has so many outdoor opportunities. Even though it rained for part of each day, there is always something to do. The pool is awesome and heated. The tennis courts provided a nice play area when it was raining. The fishing pier was awesome. Everyone caught a fish or 3 or 4.... It is so close to the Midway State Park where there is an awesome playground and amusement rides. The restaurants are great. Guppy's is our favorite. It was just a wonderful week in this awesome condo in a perfect setting! Can't wait to go back and take a boat cruise on the famous Chautauqua Belle steamboat.

If there is one thing that would keep me from returning to Chautauqua Lake Estates, it's the pool. The management was so insistent on guests filling out forms and presenting required ID, but not in providing a relaxing experience. The weekday hours are definitely too short, and the last hour should definitely be ADULTS ONLY. For most of the final hour on Mon, 8/10, there were 11 children in the pool, at least 6 of whom were repeatedly jumping in from both sides. Except for one pre-teen girl (watching a toddler), they all appeared to be under the age of 10. It was certainly not conducive to adult relaxation and made it impossible for anyone to swim laps as one adult had been doing before the youthful invasion.
