You'll find a king bed, queen bed, and a cozy bunk bed, ensuring everyone sleeps comfortably. With lake access, a fire pit, lakefront basketball court, dock and even a pool, there's something for everyone to enjoy right on the property.

Inside, we've got you covered with all the essentials, including a washing machine, AC, and WiFi. The 1.5 bathrooms are equipped with everything you need, from a hairdryer to a refreshing shower.

We had a wonderful time staying at this place in Dewittville right on Chautauqua Lake! The property was well kept, clean and the backyard was right on the water front. The hosts put in a new dock which made viewing the sunrise or sunset outstanding. The enmities like the washer and dryer and the pool was a real plus and came in very handy. It felt like we were staying right at home. The hosts were excellent too, friendly and very prompt in returning communication. I would recommend staying here while at Chautauqua lake to anyone. It really is " a hidden gem" on the lake!

The description of the property is spot on, this is truly a hidden gem on the lake.The location was great and allowed us to explore the area as we had never been to Chautauqua Lake. We were also able to venture out to Niagara Falls and book a charter fishing trip on Lake Erie.Our boys loved having the pool out back, the kayaks, basketball court and the rocking chairs on the porch were a couple other favorites. With it being pet friendly we were able to bring our dog along for her first vacation which was nice. The house was stocked with everything you could need while away from home, we would definitely recommend this hidden gem to anyone looking to rent in the area and we would come back for another vacation to Sunny Cottage.
