Private Gated Casita with a pool nestled between the Mountains and the Surf

You will have you own private, gated hacienda right next to the ocean in Los Cerritos Beach. If you love Baja California, mountains, swimming, surf and sunsets, then you will love this place. The view will make you never want to leave!

Nestled away in the mountains, this modern casita which accommodates 2 comfortably (can fit 3 or 4) with 1 bedroom (2 matrimonial beds and 1 sofa bed) and 1 bath with big sliding doors that open to the majestic 1/3 acre property with a pool. Both the casita and main house have 360 degree viewing decks on the roof for grilling, entertaining, yoga and of course enjoying the ocean, mountains and sunset. This villa is powered all by solar (getting electricity from the street as backup by February), cooled with ceiling fans, is fully furnished and has all the necessary linens, utensils and appliances to make your stay as comfortable as home (note: no ice maker but we have coolers for ice).

Located just 20 minutes south of Todos Santos and 45 minutes north of Cabo San Lucas and 1/4 mile to the beach, this area offers some great restaurants with vanishing pools and great nightlife. Situated close to Los Cerritos Beach Club and Surf Camp, you can swim in the easy beach break or you take some surf lessons and hop on some great waves further out. Or maybe just have some food and drinks while listening to music on the beach. The views at Cerritos Beach are fantastic and the white sand beaches stretch for miles.

This hacienda is magic as it is nestled between the most visited and only swimmable beach and picturesque mountains in the Pescadero / Todo Santos area. Let the morning sky awake you and the night sunset put you to sleep. Come and get away from it all out here where the heavens meet the earth. Seminars, retreats, parties, weddings, music festivals, or just some surfing and relaxation. Spread the word. Love to have you here.

A beautiful casita with a wonderful host

We had a great time enjoying El Cerritos and it's many local amenities from our casita at Alma de Gracia. Grace Ann made us feel right at home and helped us enjoy the very special place and cast of local characters. Highly recommended!

I fell in love with this place because it was close enough to everything and away enough from everything at the same time. The views are extraordinary, the ocean break is perfect to swim and catch some great waves. In the future, I plan on turning this place into a holistic / art center offering treatments, classes, seminars, and retreats. It is the perfect property for many different visions. What is yours?

What makes this property unique

I love the modern style of the home and the security and privacy the wall provides. You can let your pets run free! It is a stones throw to the best restaurant in town, Free Souls, and if you want something fast and delicious, there is a pizza place and a taco shop a walk up the road. It is close enough to Todo Santos to take in the art, holistic treatments, yoga, shopping and great food.
