While the indoor spaces are exclusively yours to enjoy along with the Hot Tub, we want to make you aware that the laneway is shared. This shared space allows for access to small unit at rear of property.
Other things to note
For your safety, outdoor security cameras are in operation. Public areas and entrances are monitored. Your understanding is appreciated.

Smoking Violation:

Fine: $1000+
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises. A fine of $1000+ will be imposed for any violation of this policy. This is for odor removal

Unregistered Guests:
Fine: $35 per unregistered guest
All guests must be registered through Airbnb under your booking reservation. A fine of $35 per unregistered guest will be charged.

Pets Violation:
Fine: $125+
Unauthorized pets are not allowed. A fine of $125+ will be assessed for any breach of the no-pet policy. Service animals are exempt as per Airbnb guidelines. This is for deep cleaning.
