Our Vail home is a Platinum Luxury-rated 4 BR, 4.5 bath 2,600 sq ft. condo less than 600 steps from Vail’s Cascade chairlift with guest access to the services of the adjacent luxury Grand Hyatt Hotel. Our condo’s short walk to the lift and hotel, two underground heated parking spots, and access to the Hyatt's lift-side ski concierge allow you to maximize your vacation enjoyment by eliminating the hassles. The ski concierge is a special treat because their friendly staff store your skis next to the lift, keep your boots on warmers, and will even help you put everything on if needed. It is also a convenient spot to rent equipment.

The condo's comfortable mountain décor, four BRs and five baths offer luxurious privacy. The large open-concept gourmet kitchen, living and dining areas are a perfect common space for you and your guests to relax, eat and spend time together. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped (SubZero fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, Cuisinart, blender, cooking gadgets, etc). The deck has a Weber gas grill to make dining-in an easy option after a full day of activity. There is a Washer/Dryer in the unit.

We have local staff available to assist as necessary to answer your questions. As mentioned above, you will also have access to the many services offered by The Grand Hyatt conveniently located directly across the street. The hotel offers five-star accommodations as a member of the Hyatt luxury collection of hotels including a fitness center and pool / hot tub and Spa in the Grand Hyatt.

The unit also has convenient access to shuttle services to Vail Village and Lionshead Village. If you desire, take an easy stroll via the scenic walking path along Gore Creek. Mountain biking, hiking, white-water rafting, outdoor summer concerts, and the farmers’ market are all easily-accessible activities from our location. Enjoy the morning sun or the alpine sunsets from the deck as you experience the breathtaking beauty of Vail Mountain in every season.

We both grew up in Colorado skiing in mostly in Vail. Now married with children, we enjoy returning to our favorite place as a family and with friends, both to ski and enjoy summer time in the beautiful mountains.

Why they chose this property

This property is spacious for large family/friend gatherings. This location offers the peace of the mountains just slightly removed from the bustle of Vail Village and Lionshead. The hotel across the street provides all of the luxurious dining and resort amenities one could want, yet you can still retreat to a private residence.

What makes this property unique

As a member of the Westhaven community, renting the space includes use of Hyatt facilities including Spa, Health Club, Cascade Chair #20 with access to Vail Mountain, lift-side Ski/Board and Boot Storage, hot tub, room service, and free shuttle to town.
