Walk to all of your favorite shops and restaurants! Beautiful 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Townhome in Downtown Moab. Just 2 blocks from Main Street. Just a few minute stroll to all your favorite shops and restaurants. This unit also features access to an indoor pool that is open year round. And the brand new hot tub provides a great place to soak after a day of adventures. High Speed wired and Wi-Fi internet access.

Cottonwoods townhomes do have access to an indoor shared swimming pool. It is controlled & operated by the Homeowner Association. While there are specific dates that they are scheduled to be ‘open’ there can be closures caused by inclement weather and/or equipment failure. Such closures are completely out of the control of Moab Lodging and Property Management. No refunds are given because of an inability to access swimming pool or hot tub facilities.

We have stayed here before. Remodeled since last stay. Very clean. Kitchen utensils,pots and pans and spices are very sparse. Overall very clean and well maintained

Cleanliness & comfortable beds are my top priorities... & This stay has both!!!Awesome proximity to Arches National Park, our main destination while staying here. Bonus was the private hot tub! Awesome for relaxing & star gazing. And the private community swimming pool was enjoying by our family (4 adults & 1 teenager). Will stay here again if in the area.

Nice, clean, open and well cared for property. Needs a little more furniture especially in bedrooms as well as more things in the kitchen to help with food prep and storage. Garage was great and walkable to downtown.

Fun house!

Had a great time staying here with friends after a camping trip! Close to town and cozy at home. Check in/out was a breeze!

Moab Spring Break

House was in a fantastic location, can't beat it. Easy access to everything that you need. Worked great for 6 of us traveling together, plenty of room. Would've liked more linen options. Four of us were sharing the main bathroom and there were only two wash cloths and barely enough towels. Only 4 pool/hot tub towels too, so if you have a big group keep that on mind. Pool was also hard to get into, but management was super responsive and helped us get it figured out. Overall, it was a nice experience. Thank you!

Great location

Location was perfect. We walked to Main Street every night for dinner. Indoor pool was just a few houses down. Private outdoor hot tub was wonderful. Few negatives: not enough towels. Only 4 pool towels and 5 shower towels. We were 9 people staying for 3 nights. I emailed property manager and they responded quickly and although they said they had no more pool towels to give us, they brought over more shower towels. Beds were comfy. Extra roll out mattresses were nice but only had sheets for 1. Would stay again.

Great place!

Would reccomend this location to anyone. very clean and fun to spend a weekend with my friends. Great place to stay if you are in need of a fun yet reliable place. Lots of beds and good kitchen to host.

Moab Townhouse

Great rental - large- walk to town - very clean and private hot tub was wonderful. Our only complaint was no side tables and lamps in queen bedroom - bed only - twin room needs a bedside lamp and huge living area could use a coffee table - otherwise great !

Super Bowl visit

The property was the size I was looking for. The hot tub was fabulous. I tried to use the pool but the lights in the building would not come on, disappointing my grandchildren. In my opinion it does have some things missing. We had to leave our luggage on the floor and get our clothes from there. There were also some kitchen items missing. However being able to walk to town was a great benefit.

Great place to rest after adventuring around Moab

The house was exactly as advertised and very clean and quiet. It was a great place to rest after spending all day hiking and seeing Moab. It's close enough to main street to walk to many restaurants. *This company did require me to do a virtual background check through Safely. It was a simple process, but I wish that was more obvious before I paid.

Great Place for a Group

If you have a group or family that needs a larger place with multiple rooms, I recommend staying at this house. Great location and the hot tub is a nice touch.
