Walk to all of your favorite shops and restaurants! Beautiful 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Townhome in Downtown Moab. Just 2 blocks from Main Street. You will be able to walk to all your favorite shops and restaurants. This unit also features access to an indoor pool that is open year round. And the brand new hot tub provides a great place to soak after a day of adventures. High Speed wired and Wi-Fi internet access.

Cottonwoods townhomes do have access to an indoor shared swimming pool. It is controlled & operated by the Homeowner Association. While there are specific dates that they are scheduled to be ‘open’ there can be closures caused by inclement weather and/or equipment failure. Such closures are completely out of the control of Moab Lodging and Property Management. No refunds are given because of an inability to access swimming pool or hot tub facilities.

Great property, Great location !

Our family of 11 truly enjoy our 3 night stay. Walking distance to Moab and easy driving to Arches and Canyonland. Property was clean and well taken care of.

Beautiful Stay just avoid outside

The home is so beautiful on the inside and very clean. We loved how open the home is! The only complaint I have is the amount of spiders and spider nests that are all along the outside of the house and how loud the vent is in the master bedroom. Other than that, the beds were so comfortable and clean on the inside.

Short but sweet

My family was on a long road trip and Moab was one or stops. This property was exactly what we needed. the hot tub out back was wonderful. The kitchen had all we needed to cook dinner and breakfast. Having a place to do laundry was an added bonus as well. You could not beat the price of this home. I would stay here again for sure.

Great Location

This place was a great location. The place we stayed at was nice. It had a fully stocked kitchen, and nice beds. There were a couple of things that could use some improvement- the master bedroom needs a blind or curtain to cover the sliding door. And the property only has one tv which is about 15 years old and it’s not a smart tv. Other than those two things the property was great.

Good property, but needs blinds in Master Bedroom

Property is in a good location, clean, and kitchen well stocked. Only issue was that the Master bedroom sliding door does not have blinds or a curtain so on full moon nights and early morning the room was too bright to sleep. Also the TV is not a smart TV but does have cable. Hot tub was nice and clean.

Great place, close to everything in Moab

Loved our stay. Great amenities, plenty of space (6 of us), wonderful to come back from hiking in Arches to the hot tub and the super comfy couch and beds.

Great house, very clean and accessible

The house was very clean. It was great for my older parents because there were minimal steps and the walk in shower was much appreciated. The hot tub was a must after hiking and horseback riding. The garage was great for getting our car out of the weather. Beds were comfortable and clean. Kitchen was well supplied and clean.

Beautiful, Spacious Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo. The rooms were a good size, the bathrooms and kitchen were extremely clean, and there were fun touches everywhere, from how thr towels were folded, to how the sundry items were displayed. The hot tub was a fun novelty for the teenagers. The only issue I had was lack of communication with the propwrty manager. I tried several times to request a later check out and never heard from anyone. I emailed and called. Overall, our stay was lovely.

Perfect!

This was the perfect place for our trip to Arches! Plenty of room, well-stocked kitchen, nice pool area, great location. It was too hot for us to use the hot tub, but that looked good too.
