This is a great condo that was perfect for our family! The living room is comfortable. The bedrooms are spacious. It is nice location that is close to everything we needed. Owner response was quick. Britney wanted to make sure we were comfortable. The security screen was great for letting the nice cool air in. I would stay here again!

Overall very nice. Improvements could be made in lighting for the living room and bedrooms - rather dim. Shower handle broken but it worked.

The condo is very comfortable, well appointed,and a 10 minute walk to the center of Prescott. The condo had everything we needed and worked great for our family. It was very spacious and located minutes from the courthouse.

The perfect stay

Our stay in Prescott was complete with this rental! It was just the right amount of space for my family. Having a fully-functioning kitchen was great. The rental was very clean and well maintained. The owner was very responsive and helpful. All of our accommodations were made. We plan to return to stay here with our travels next year.

Clean, quiet, relaxing

This was our second time staying in one of the units at this property. Our kids love coming here. They have done a great job remodeling and updating these units. They look exactly like the pictures. Nice clean simple design. Very comfortable furniture and just about everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. The master bedroom is huge and there was still plenty of room to move around even after we set up our portable crib. It’s close to downtown and you can quickly access the highways. We love staying here when we come up for our soccer tournaments because it’s a nice central spot for us. Lisa and Wade are great hosts and we look forward to staying here again.

Nice place to stay with your kids on weekend. Close by downtown less than a mile :) Huge bedroom, nice kitchen area. We just love to stay there ....We will be back for sure :)

Very comfortable and had everything we needed and more.

Very nice and clean and remodeled . We were pleasantely surprised. The only thing I had to get used to was there is no counter space in the bathroom for a hairdryer, curlers or makeup. Other than that we loved it. Thank you!!

Clean, modern, and nicely updated retreat

Nice unit with a big master bedroom and a second bedroom with two twin beds. Very nice on the inside, the furniture is comfortable and new. In fact the whole place looks showroom fresh when you walk in. I parked on the gravel/dirt unpaved side without a problem. There is a marked paved spot on the other side of the units. I would come back in a heartbeat. The downtown area known as Whiskey Row has a great vibe to it. Thanks Lisa and crew!

Unexpected Coziness

My Husband and I rented this place New Year's Weekend so we can take our family. As we usually always just stay in a hotel in downtown Prescott we were a bit unsure of how staying in a condo would be and how far the condo was from downtown. Very much to our surprise and liking the place was great! Lisa did a fabulous job updating the condo which was modern in style and very cozy. In addition, it was very close to downtown that you can drive or walk on a nice day. Because the place can be accessed by a smart lock on the door it made checking in and out of the place super easy. Finally, my husband and I have traveled a lot and have been upset that sometimes the pictures that are shown are not always accurate; however, that is not the case here. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you are getting. Whenever we are in Prescott again we surely plan on staying here!

Newly redone contemporary 2 bedroom. The layout worked and we found it comfortable for our family of 3. Easy walking distance to whiskey row. We would stay there again.

Clean, convenient and quiet

The unit was great. Very clean, nicely furnished, quiet, safe and very convenient. We walked downtown many times and it was easy to get on Hwys 69 and 89. There was a laundry on the premises as well. We did put up a room darkening cover over the bedroom window as the people directly behind us left their outside light on at night so despite the blinds it was very light in the room. Highly recommend as a great place to stay!!

Convenient, clean and comfortable.

This unit is delightful furnished and remodeled beautifully.. It is the cleanest rental my friend and I have ever stayed at. This unit was very well thought out., Everything a guest needs was at your fingertips. Kleenex boxes in every room, In the master were tall narrow nigh table lamps you can read by, There were plenty of fresh towels and washcloths. Cutlery and dishes were plentiful. The convenience of everything you need was wonderful. Thank you.

Nice Condo, Nice owners, BUT......

My husband and I came to visit my terminally ill father in aw with my almost 2 year old twin boys. The condo is renovated with a modern feel and is equipped with all necessities. The beds are comfortable and the shower and AC work well. I do want to state that the owners are nice BUT I was putting my children to sleep and I got several phone calls/text messages from the owner around 8:15 pm - 8:40 pm trying to get in touch with me. I called him back as soon as I could about 30 min later and he told me that my neighbor complained about my boys crying to loud which they did cry for about 15/20 min because they travelled all day and were not in their normal environment. I read a farm animal sound book that had various sounds of animals and the neighbor also told the owners that I had barking dogs with me, I did not have dogs with me they were the animals from the childrens book. My point of this review is to be honest and let future travelers know that the owners are nice the condo is cute but if you have children that are young, this might not be the best place to stay. To have someone complain so early in the night is just petty. We are a very respectful family and I did my best to keep my boys quiet but they are not robots and can not be turned off. So basically we felt uncomfortable during our stay because of this. If you are childless this is a perfectt place to stay, central location too.
