About this property

Thumb Butte Sunset Loft - Downtown

Enjoy beautiful mountain views from this stylish studio downtown loft. Only two blocks from The Historic Courthouse Plaza where you'll find tons of history, shopping, restaurants, and of course, Whiskey Row.

Plenty of outdoor space with your own private, west facing balcony, with great sunset views of Thumb Butte and Granite Mountain. Relax among the birds, berries, flowers, grapes(PYOG), and cacti, in the backyard. It's entirely fenced, and your pet is welcome to roam. The courtyard is a shared space, but the 4 person outdoor dining area and charcoal grill is exclusive to you and your guests.

You have a private gate entrance which leads to your door with keypad access. Once inside, your kitchenette is on the first floor, then one flight of stairs to the rest of the loft.

Please note the second bedroom is more of hideaway sleeping space than full size bedroom. It has a very comfortable queen sized bed, but is a tight fit for adults with the low ceiling. Generally kids love it and it’s setup with them in mind. Please see photos and description of 2nd bedroom if you plan to use it. It is off of the main living space, through the small door to the left of the desk in photos.

We stayed for the Hotshots 19 workout at captain crossfit. It was really great and the location is awesome! The only slight downside is that small extra bed is in a coup that’s not super obvious in the listing.

The accomodations were nice for a family with children. The primary bedroom was spacious; however, the 2 bedroom is more suited for children than adults. There are quite a few stairs to get into the loft. The location was perfect for downtown.

Such a cute property with the most magical backyard

This rental was adorable and the owner really goes above and beyond. The place was clean and my daughter loved exploring the backyard looking for the hidden items.

Cute loft in a great location

My family enjoyed staying here for a quick trip to Prescott. It was a quiet little area close enough to downtown for our needs. Clean, comfortable, and my 6 year old son loved the little hideaway room.

This was a great property for a couple or small family to enjoy a getaway in the quaint city of Prescott. An easy walk to historic downtown and a peaceful place to relax in the evenings and watch the sun go down on the deck. Would highly recommend!

Perfect Spot

Perfect spot for husband and I! Easy access, as listed in the site, very clean. This is where we stayed before and after our wedding it was a amazing spot and so cozy feeling. Would recommend to family and friends and hopefully we can stay again sometime soon!

Great for a Weekend Getaway

We stayed two nights, and the property was just what we were looking for. The location is within walking distance of downtown Prescott, and has several restaurants and shops nearby. The property itself was clean and modern, with nearly every amenity you could need, and communication with the host was fast and friendly. We would definitely recommend this VRBO and hope to visit again soon.
