The living room is equipped with a large Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows, perfect for cozy days indoors. The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need for your stay, such as a Ninja blender, drip and Keurig coffee maker, and a 4-slot toaster.

The primary suite features a king-sized bed, a Smart TV, and a private bathroom. Two additional bedrooms offer king beds, while the children's room has two sets of bunk beds. A game room is located adjacent to the bunk room, offering board games, streaming entertainment, DVDs, and a Wii console with numerous game options. Three Smart TVs throughout the home ensure everyone is entertained. The home has 3 full bathrooms for convenience.

Outside, enjoy the Pacific Northwest sunsets from the deck, complete with a grill and seating. The home also features an EV charger outlet, compatible with Tesla Mobile Chargers and other EVs, offering high-speed charging with a 50 amp NEMA 15-40 plug.

We highly recommend this property! It is an older home, but it is well-maintained and extremely clean. Everything in the house is labeled and the home is very well stocked. We didn’t have kids, but There is an awesome room for kids with a Wii and videos. The outdoor space is amazing. We loved this property!

Annual Fall Getaway

We’re a group of ladies who have been coming to Lincoln City ever fall for about 30 years. Lawton’s View is one of the best places we’ve stayed at, especially for the view, and we got it for a very good price! It’s a short drive to the mall and good restaurants, and quite close to beach access. This home is on several levels, and all levels require stairs to access them, so you’ll want to keep that in mind if there are mobility issues.

Great Weekend Getaway

The house has amazing views and the beach access is relatively close. We were able to get to and from the beach quickly which allowed us to make multiple trips per day which was great with a child. The home is well maintained and clean. The furniture and beds were comfortable. No complaints!

Wife’s 30th birthday.

I wanted to surprise my wife with somewhere really special for her 30th birthday. The view is stunning! This property is reasonably priced and contains the perfect amount of beds/amenities for a group to very comfortably spend time together but still have private spaces. There’s plenty of bathrooms and they were all very clean. 10/10 would recommend this rental.
