We love this place!

We have stayed here 3 times since June this year. This has been our favorite spot and it is only getting better. This last time was the best. The little upgrades like the couches have improved our experience. We were able to enjoy our evenings relaxing in the living room unlike previous times. The only complaint would be the bed. But we will continue to look for this place anytime we come and we come several times a year. We dont have much needs but when we do communicate they get back to us quickly. We look forward to many more stays here!!

Close to good restaurants without getting into construction area, gated, nice views. Next door to Wyndham where friends were staying.

Pagosa Stay

Overall our stay was good. Although only one bedroom is was very roomy with a nice big kitchen. The neighborhood was quiet and had beautiful views from the front. The couches however, are awful and I recommend being replaced.

Cute and cozy!

Great location, about a 5 minute drive to downtown. The interior was perfect for us. We played board games at night at the kitchen table and more than enough room for 4 people if that’s what you’re looking for!

Frat house quality

Apartment was clean and location was easy to find. Furniture is futons and a cheap platform bed. Neck was kinked and back out after first night. Only stayed 2 out of 3 nights. Left early due to fact we couldn't sleep on that bed again!

Lovely place , nice and clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable . I would suggest getting some new couches, those are very uncomfortable.

Great vacation

This property was clean and very comfortable. It is in a gated community and the location is perfect. Walking distance to Walmart and a grocery store and a great coffee shop called Higher Grounds. Many nice restaurants and shops.The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook nice meals.Everything was in good working order and it was very comfortable. I would definitely go back.

Excellent except for the spiders.

The house was great, kitchen well stocked with essential dishes. Spacious areas. The only complaint would be the spider webs and spiders. The outside of the house was covered in spider webs and there were some inside house as well. In corners of kitchen, living room and bedroom. Im not scared of spiders but this could be big issue for someone who hates them.

Just okay

The property served its propose for us. However, we were not impressed. Getting there was not easy, as it was literally behind an apartment complex. There were huge pot holes and the front gate was broken. The place was newer, with good kitchen appliances. But the furniture was horrible. The couches and the futon in bedroom were cheap, uncomfortable and had no support. The bathroom was spacious, but the towels were dingy, the shower curtain was dirty, and the tub spout continued to run when the shower was on. We had no instructions on how to use the heating/cooling unit. We had to google it. Unless things change for this property, I can't recommend it.
