A maximum of eight people sleep in their own beds in this very clean, cozy, newly renovated unit in the heart of Historic Park City. Historic Main Street is 2 blocks away for shopping and dining to suit every budget. The Quittin Time ski run comes down directly behind our building, giving easy access to the Town Lift which takes you to all the runs.

This spacious (1,675 square feet.) unit has a multi-level layout that is ideal for two families. Separate living and dining allows for multiple activities. Bedrooms on three different levels provide privacy.

Eight people can be accommodated COMFORTABLY with one king, one queen, trundle bed and sofa sleeper.

Living room, dining room and kitchen have all-new wood floors. The living room features a sleeper sofa and large chair. A gas fireplace provides atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and blender. Washer and Dryer are adjacent to kitchen. High speed Wi-Fi internet access. Flat screen TV's with HD programming for the living room, master bedroom, and lower bedroom. All TV's have a HBO and Showtime. programming plus loads for free channels. Parking consists of a one-car garage with an additional parking spot on the heated driveway.

Park City, Deer Valley, and Canyons are only minutes away.

Ski-in, Ski-out: There are two options. You can go out the back of our place click in to your skis and traverse across a level path approx 75 yards to where it intersects with the Quittin' Time run. This will take you to the base of the Town Lift. You can also leave your skis in the garage and walk down 300' to the Town Stairs that go up to the right. See pictures. These take you to the same run that leads back to the base of the Town Lift. At the end of the day, take the Payday lift to the Payday run which gets you to the Quittin' Time run. This leads back to our building or to the Town Stairs. There's a sign on the run that reads: TOWN ACCESS.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this ski-in/ski-out condo in Park City. The location couldn’t have been more convenient — being able to step right out to the slopes made the trip so easy and enjoyable.The host truly went above and beyond. The condo was thoughtfully stocked with snacks, wine, and every supply we could possibly need, which made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. He was incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely kind throughout our stay, always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.He even shipped something we left behind and was so helpful. You can tell he takes great pride in creating a great experience for guests. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Park City!

We really enjoyed our stay, and the host was easily one of the best we've ever had. They were very laid back and had so many things in the unit we could use, including good coffee, food, and drinks. They let us arrive quite early as well.The unit itself has been nicely updated with quality finishes and didn't feel cheap at all, like some other places we've stayed.The only thing I'd change is the bunk bed in the main floor room: we shared this with our daughter, and while the lower bed is spacious (queen), the top bunk is spaced very closely to the bottom bunk, so it's difficult to avoid bonking your head on it getting in/out. We got used to it, but a bit more headroom would have really made this place perfect for a ski vacation to Park City mountain resort.Again, can't say enough good things about the host who was extremely accommodating and laid back.

The location was perfect for ski-in, ski-out and a great spot to walk to town. Nice extra features, keurig with coffee pods, water to drink, normal kitchen products, etc. TV's in all the rooms and full bathrooms on each floor.

Great for family and friends

I have been to park city several times to ski/snowboard and going forward, I will try to secure this propety. Mountian access is a very short walk to quittin time run where one can glide on down to town lift and at the end of the day, you can ski ride into the backyard. The property itself is also very comfortable. 10/10.

Fun stay in Park City

4 ladies in a condo and we really enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautifully appointed and has all the amenities of home. We were very comfortable there. Need to know that it is a lot of steps up and down both the condo and to get to and from Main Street. In addition, it would be great if there was a water dispenser with a lot of extra water jugs as you can't drink the water. They left us a case of waters, but needed a lot more than that for the 5 nights we were there.

Fantastic Condo in Heart of Old Town PC

Condo was just as advertised and in a perfect location — a true ski in/out and only 2 blocks down a nearby staircase to the center of Main St. More than enough space for our group and unit was well stocked. The private garage was a nice bonus even if a tight fit. Loved being able to relax in the massage chair after a hard day of skiing!

Extremely well stocked and close to Main Street , but was listed as a ski in ski out property and it’s not . In fact none of the houses are on this street are unless you cut off from a trail and climb up/ down . However , you are fairly close enough to the town lift and could walk a couple of blocks.the owners supplied plenty of bottled waters and paper goods which were very much appreciated

Great stay - description was 100% and communication was great. PC is low on snow, so Quit’n time was closed on our first day, so we drove to the base which was easy. After that the run was open - easy walk (6 houses) to stairs to ski to town lift. Quit n time was icy at the end of the day, but we all made it without an issue. House has everything you need - didn’t feel like a rental. One piece of advice - get 4 wheel drive. We had a day of 4” of snow and we could not get up Woodside. We ended up parking in the city garage and it was an easy walk up from Main Street.

I have owned this property for over 20 years. I came here as a ski bum back in the 70's and jumped at the chance t buy this condominium when the chance arose.

Why they chose this property

Old Town is the center or Park City. The best restaurants and clubs are all here on Main St. 5 minutes walk from my place. You will love skiing all day, skiing back to the condo, and after a shower and rest, walk down to dinner at River Horse or one of the many delicious places up and down the street.

What makes this property unique

My location makes it unbeatable. Once here, you don't need a car. You can walk to the slopes via the Town Stairs, or via my back door (snow conditions permitting) and get to the Quittin' Time run that takes you back to the Town Lift.

After you're done for the day, head to town a short walk away.
