The Space:

Discover our third-floor condos with elevator access, featuring spacious layouts and opulent natural stone finishes throughout. Each room includes its own bathroom with a comfortable booth shower. Enjoy the serenity of a private pool reserved exclusively for building guests. We kindly ask that only residents and their accompanied visitors use this amenity to ensure a peaceful, relaxing experience for all.



Guest Access:

Enjoy peace of mind with secure access via key cards issued upon presentation of valid ID by La Copa Inn Beach Hotel. Each unit is equipped with a unique lock featuring a deadbolt, ensuring maximum security during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

This centrally located condo on South Padre Island offers proximity to the finest dining and entertainment the area has to offer, ensuring convenience and excitement throughout your stay!



Getting Around:

The South Padre Island Metro is a free bus service that gets you within steps of most areas on South Padre Island. The island also has a "Park and Ride" facility on the South of town. Gulf Blvd., where these condos are located, is also very bike friendly.



Other Things to Note:

Our condo is thoughtfully equipped with baby-friendly amenities to make your stay as convenient as possible. We provide a changing table, portable play yard, baby bath, child-friendly utensils, a high chair, and a selection of children's books. Whether you’re here for a short visit or an extended stay, we've got everything you need to make your little ones feel right at home.



Additionally, parking is limited to two vehicles per unit in the condo driveway, with each unit's parking space clearly designated. To ensure compliance, please prominently display your parking permit inside your vehicle, preferably on the inside mirror or dashboard. These permits are available for pickup at check-in.



Enjoy complimentary daily breakfast for all registered guests, plus free access to the pools and gyms at La Copa Inn, Courtyard by Marriott, Hilton Garden Inn, and Sand Rose Beach Resort — all conveniently located in South Padre Island near this property.



Pets are welcome for an extra charge of $65 plus taxes per pet.



Monthly bookings also include free weekly cleaning.



Primary guest must be age 21 or older to reserve.

Beautiful property. Very spacious and clean. The views are amazing. So nice to have a bathroom and shower in every bedroom. Plenty of room for our group of 10. A quiet and comfortable getaway. The pool was very relaxing and we were able to grill hotdogs and hamburgers very easily. I would highly recommend this condominium. It was the best I have ever stayed at in South Padre!!!

Property was great for my family. Dining room chairs need repairing or replacing - very wobbly. Luggage racks or dressers in bedrooms would be a nice addition.

Exactly As Advertised

The property was clean and well maintained. It also came stocked with what was needed including shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry soap, ect. We had a great stay! The property is pet friendly so unfortunately I did get woken up on vacation by a barking dog below us at 4am more than one day- but that's more of a pet owner issue verses the property.

amenities needed

The location and size of the property is very good. We very much enjoyed the balcony and view. I only gave 4 stars because We would like to suggest a few things. The kitchen needs many more cooking utensils, pots and pans. It is lacking in glasses and needs better coffee cups. The shower heads need to be worked on. If you could provide some umbrellas to take to the beach, that would be very welcomed. We would stay here again if these items were addressed.

Nice View!

Very nice and new condo with great location for our expectations. The property accommodates up to 5 couples plus! The beds were comfortable and the water heater kept up with us! I would have rated higher, but we did not get instructions on how to enter the property. We drug our luggage up three flights of outdoor stairs in 99 degree high humidity temperatures, and then our key's didn't work. The pool was dirty. Fortunately, the management company jumped to our rescue and zoomed over in 15 minutes to open the door. They then met our requests of extra towels, new keys, cleaned the pool (asap!) and many more. They management company was friendly and happy to meet our expectations, which we all appreciated.

Friends Vacay!

This is our second year staying here! It’s become our home away from home with a much better view!!! We love that the well equipped kitchen allowed us to make casual meals in between soaking up the rays on the beach. We also love that each bedroom has its own attached bath so there is no waiting for showers. The living area is open and spacious enough that we could all be together without being crowded and the balcony was a perfect spot to sit and relax! We love it so much that we already booked again for next year before we checked out!!!

Beach Weekend

My friends and I were so impressed at the location and the space in the condo. We all were more than comfortable and really enjoyed our stay! Our dogs loved the spacious patios and everyone had a fun time.

The house was perfect, and fit all our needs for a family of ten.

The only thing that was a slight problem was the dryer. It would not get hot enough to dry clothes especially towels, however since we did not contact the appropriate staff it is not a complaint at all. This was our third rental and better suited our needs than any other. A great property highly recommend.

Amazing Condo

This will definitely be our vacation home every summer. We all loved it, it was a beautiful, clean, well mantaimed home with all the eq equipment we needed for cooking our meals. But best of all was the view, the the reflection of the sun and moon was amazing. Only details were minimal, 1 of the bedrooms was very hot and fan wouldn't work, one bedroom the light wouldn't turn off all night. & the control of the fans were a bit difficult, the outdoorlight through elevator and pool area didnt turn on one night but we got it fixed, parkimg area is very small and crowded but apart from that totally worth our money and stay. Looking foward to our next stay!

Great views

The views of the property were amazing. It was in a great area. There were a couple of areas that were found out in the house that weren’t great such as the ac filter is in need of a change, and the dryer vent perhaps it wouldn’t dry clothes. This definitely didn’t out way the good.

Fine rental. A little run down

We stayed here a couple of years ago. It is a little run down since then. The vent hood is rusted, the furniture has some worn off spots. It is very difficult to open and close the freezer. If you call the help number, you get a voicemail. Nonetheless, it is very spacious. Our family of 10 did not feel crowded at all. Location is great. Only steps from the beach and near many local attractions and restaurants. We absolutely would stay here again , but it would be nice if they would spruce up the place a bit.

Summer family get away

This property was perfect! Incredible amount of space. Steps to the beach. Our family loved it!!! Condo was updated and modern with comfortable beds and furniture. Huge balcony with perfect view of the Beach. Absolutely would highly recommend.

Property showed its age but worked well in size for our family. The heavy chairs and stools need felt pads on their feet to prevent very loud scraping noise when moved. The issue was also above us and below us. We only had 10 plates for 12 people and 8 forks. Housekeeping did eventually provide more silverware. We would have been happy with some cleaning utensils other than just a broom to clean up all the sand. But the location, size and views from this place were awesome. All in all had Avery nice stay

Great location, beautiful unit

Overall we had a great time at this unit. The location is perfect, right on the beach and access to everything within minutes. We were quite impressed with the size of the unit, the pictures don’t do it justice as far as the size goes. Very modern but homey feel. We had 16 guests in our party for one night and it never felt crowded. We only had one issue on our third night that had us locked out for a good part of the evening, that was very inconvenient. We were able to get a hold of someone rather quickly but it did take a good while for someone to come out and let us back in. It was an inconvenience but definitely not one that would keep us from renting again. We loved it and created many great memories with the family.
