We purchased this beautiful condo is February of 2014 and have updated almost everything from top to bottom; all new furniture, mattresses, bed linens, towels, washer/dryer, cook-top, fresh coat of paint, and remodeled the two master bathrooms to include walk in showers. In 2019 we remodeled the kitchen and three remaining bathrooms. Avalon 2005 is located on the 20th floor of the newest tower at the resort. What makes this condo so unique is there are 2 Master bedrooms (both have king beds) that overlook the Gulf of Mexico with direct balcony access. The Beach Club is the perfect place for families looking for a quiet vacation getaway. Avalon is away from the hustle and bustle of the Clubhouse, and features a tower pool open to all Avalon guests with easy access to the private beach. The sugar white sands and emerald green waters are welcoming year round. I keep 8 Tommy Bahama beach chairs and 2 umbrellas for guest use. I just ask when you use them to return them when you're done.
