Perfect for a Visit to Nice!

This apartment was perfect for our family trip to Nice! Really close to the beach! Functional and stocked kitchen! Comfy beds and nice bathrooms. The hostess was very helpful and responsive. Definitely recommend this place!

The description on VRBO doesn't match the physical conditions of the apartment. Rather depressing when you first enter the apartment. The furniture is old and beat up, light bulbs were out, bathtub is in bad condition, AC is loud and ugly, large cloth drying rack was in the middle of the living room, TV has no channel options, beds are old. Only positive is location, a big negative is no parking. No value for the money. Tried to move, but no option. Really think I should get some money back, up to you. I spare you pictures, you should go and see it for yourself.

Shops and beach near by. The pictures of the property are deceiving. Property needs updating as it’s run down. Could not use the frying pans they were teflon worn out with cuts and dirt in them. They wanted 50 for sheets to use the sofa in the living room. The two beds were very small for two people. Has to buy toilet paper as there was one roll per bathroom that were already used. One broken hairdryer. Paid 35 for renting two beach towels. There are no luggage racks so you’re on the floor digging for your clothes. I would not recommend this place unless you’re okay with bare minimum. It’s not for people traveling from out of town or country. Microwave was busted with no turn table to use. No paper towels, no napkins, no tissues. You need to bring all of this Disappointed…
