The spacious living room, with plush seating and elegant decor, leads to a dining area perfect for enjoying meals together. A fully equipped kitchen makes preparing feasts or quick snacks easy. Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed for dreams and relaxation. For added convenience, a complimentary washer and dryer are included, making it easy to keep belongings fresh throughout the stay.

Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay. - Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.

Roaches everywhere

Horrible experience. After we checkin at 4.30pm bring groceries for 7 days, we face the roaches the entire kitchen,include inside the dishwasher. Live roaches walking on top the dishes and silverware, inside the toaster, on counters and walls,living room couch. We get panic, and call the office. Was closed.The office don't returned my calls, all night we try to kill the roaches, and I put my food inside the garage bags to try to save. Including food inside the refrigerator. Was 5am when Sheila answered the emergency number. My surprise to know, she already knows all the issues before we check-in. She offered to send a pest control and clean during 4th July with my family and pet inside the property? Why she doesn't take care of all the issues important for health and hygiene before we checkin?. Then, she send a link for a condo 2/2 if we wanna change. Why i change for a condo? Its a joke all she offers. We have no choice but to pack and go back home. This property is for vacation, all this important issues never shouldn't be: Live roaches entire kitchen Dirty pots and pans BBQ never clean before us Take the garbage out the pool area This company DESTROY OUR A FAMILY VACATION AND BIRTHDAY WEEK. I'm owner home in fort Lauderdale and we have been renting vacation homes in kissimmee from 1993 and, We never seen vacation house needs pest control during time of renting.
