OAK ISLAND COVE! BEAUTIFUL POOL HOME with free Pool heat and Wifi

Location, location , location!! Our beautiful, three-bedroom, two-bath home, with heated pool is in the most accessible area to the attractions of Central Florida. Disney is just 6 miles away. Oak Island Cove is a very prestigious community in Osceola County, yet it also enjoys the best location possible for access to Disney World and Orlando's famous theme parks.

Margaritaville is just around the corner from our home. Restaurants, Water Park, Spa Entertainment and Eat in movie theater. Also an Arcade for rainy days is fun for the children. Shops, a pharmacy, and a 24 hour supermarket are 1 mile away.

Our spacious home is completely furnished and air conditioned for your comfort. We have completely redecorated our home and even added a Mickey Mouse theme bedroom for the children. Also sofa that opens to bed in living room.

The fully-equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, icemaker, stove, microwave, garbage disposal, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and utensils. Everything you need to feel at home.

The large master bedroom has a luxurious king-size bed with a private bath. Enjoy a TV in the privacy of your bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and TV and shares a full bath with the third bedroom which also has a TV and two twin beds. The Twin bed room has just been redone in a Mickey Mouse theme. It is delightful. The sofa in the living room opens into a full bed.

The heated, swimming pool has a large, screened-in, sun deck with sun loungers and dining furniture with umbrella. You will enjoy hours in the pool relaxing in between theme parks.

The separate laundry room has a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

A porta crib and high chair are also available for the young ones.

Our local property managers will provide the personal service you need to make your vacation most enjoyable. They are available for any questions you may have.

Fantastic location

This is an immaculate home in a fantastic location. Very spacious. Loads of towels and a great pool. Owner was very helpful and accommodating. Very close to disney and a great choice of restaurants and shops 5 - 10 minutes away.

Wonderful!

Booking and communication with Michelle excellent! We arrived at the villa and everything was fantastic. Fresh, clean, well equipped…. Everything we could possibly need for a home away from home. Great location. Minutes from the Disney circuit. I would absolutely return here and highly recommend to any future guests.

Absolutely wonderful stay.

Property owner was very responsive. More than enough space for our family of 5. Very convenient to Disney, shops, restaurants. Kids loved the pool. We’ve stayed on Disney property in the past but will stay here next time if it is available.

Beautiful home

Property had everything we needed in a beautiful setting. Perfect location to amusement parks, airport and other shopping necessities. Peaceful and quiet after a long day at the parks. Only thing needed is an extra frying pan 😊

Christmas vacation

Everything was wonderful. Only issue was some ants in the bathrooms and a slight smell from the garbage disposal/sink. Neither of which would prevent us from coming back. Loved this place

Very spacious! Loved the pool!

I loved everything! The only thing I would suggest is to update the furniture, the queen bed and the TVs. I havent seen those box tvs in centuries! But overall a great experience! Would definately recommend!

This home is in a great location.The check-in process was contactless and was very easy to access. House was clean upon arrival. Fully stocked with linens and kitchen supplies. Michele was a great host and very responsive. Thank you so much for all you did for me and my family.

One of my favs

The property was just as advertised. It was well-kept and well stocked with appliances that you would need if you were cooking in. The location was very quiet in close proximity to everything, especially Disney World! The check-in process was very easy and the property manager communicated very quickly about my concerns getting the TV connected to the cable. The pool was very nice. If I had one critique, it would be that the blinds need to be replaced because there were some missing. I will definitely stay there again when I travel back to Florida.

The bed in master is lumpy and in the queen. Spend some money and purchase decent new linens, towels and bed sheets, all very worn. House needs to be thoroughly cleaned. House not as advertised, do not stay!!

Ok on the surface but then after initial impressions, as the stay progressed we discovered that the property is run down with broken things and things not working adequately. Lost 5 pool days to unprepared pool and maintenance..when attempting to address the issues with the owner her exact reply was "what.ever.",..unhelpful and rude, and failed to fix broken blinds and continual problem of ants streaming in through front bedroom window which has a gap that cannot be closed, leaving things unresolved. What is not disclosed in the listing is that the property is managed by Horizon. Having stayed in Horizon managed properties previously, had I known..i would not have rented to stay. In my experience these properties including this one are much in need of updating even for the basics... Dead ants all under bedroom window so not cleaned adequately. Leaking sink. Bathroom fans don't work. Dishwasher doesn't clean dishes and has very much seen better days. When the heating failed during colder days Horizon failed to respond to message left on out of hours voicemail and we were left cold at night for the last two nights of our stay. Towels old and scratchy, cutlery dirty in drawers. Mattresses on the beds are uncomfortable to the point springs can be felt and heard with every turn especially in the king bed. Neighbours unfriendly, taking photos and standing staring whilst we were sat by pool. A car charging in the garage throughout our stay. I would not recommend this property!

Was surprised there was no paper towel provided and only the toilet tissue in the bathrooms no extra provided. Was asked to throw in a load of towels upon departing but was not provided any laundry detergent. Otherwise was a nice house and pool.

Good house for family

My wife and I rented this property for our week in Orlando. The house was too big for two people (my mother-in-law backed out at the last minute). This is a very good size for a family as it has 3 bedrooms and two full baths. The pool was great! Downsides to the property was lack of privacy for the pool - all surrounding neighbors have a view and you do of them. Also, the lawn was not cut and it looked like the property had been empty for a couple of weeks when we showed up. The lawn was never taken care of during our stay either. Overall, a good place to stay and would recommend it.

Great location perfect for our little family

This rental was very nice. We were a family of 6 (2 infants). The size was perfect for us. Beds were good size, house was very clean, felt like a hotel with some of the accommodations (dish soap, dish scrubber, hand soap, Toilet paper, towels). Listing was exactly how described. LOVED the heated pool. One morning was low 70’s with a slight chill and the kids loved being able to go for a morning swim. Pool was bigger then expected. Hosts were very nice and extremely accommodating and friendly. They were able to accommodate an early check in of a few hours, after a very long drive. A little traffic at night on the way back home from the parks but only a 10 min drive without traffic to Disney parks. Great food and shopping around the corner. Target and Starbucks only 5 mins away. We would stay again.

A Magical Time!!

A very charming home located in the perfect area. The home was very clean and very well maintained. The gates to Disney World are about 10 minutes away and Universal Studios is a little further, but still close enough. There are so many restaurants to choose from that everyone in our party was satisfied. This home had everything my family needed to enjoy our vacation; heated pool, large master bedroom; in fact, the pictures are exactly how things looked. Michele was so easy to work with; she made me feel at ease during the booking process. I would highly recommend Michele's home if you are planning a Disney vacation. I only have one suggestion; the televisions need to be updated in the home. Our son could not hook up his PS3 on any of them, but we closed down the parks every night so he really didn't have time to play it anyway! I hope this home is available when we plan our next Disney vacation. Thank you Michele for letting us stay in your lovely home and for your hospitality.

Wonderful pool house close to theme parks

This property was perfect for our family. We were in the area with young children to spend time at a couple theme parks. The pool was the favorite for the kids. They absolutely loved this house for that! They slept well. We liked the nice memory foam mattress, super comfy. Good kitchen, we cooked a couple meals there and had almost everything we needed. We just had to run to Publix to get sugar, salt and pepper and tin foil, And toilet paper. We were there for three nights. Those items might have been nice to have already there. We tried to get an early check in and didn’t get a response, but that’s ok, that wasn’t expected of course. It’s tough with COVID, we understand early check in isn’t always possible with the current COVID situation. But this place was overall just really really nice. We absolutely LOVED it! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Michele! Fabulous!!!!

Great place to stay

This house was great for my family of 3, week long stay. Great location, with lots of stores and restaurants very close. We were at the Orange County Convention Center for a 4 day volleyball tournament, which is conveniently 10 miles away. We didn’t visit the theme parks, but they are also very close.-Beds and couches are comfortable. There are plenty of blankets and (very flat) pillows available.-We didn’t love that you can’t add streaming services to use your personal log in on the TVs (with a warning that you’ll be charged if you change anything), but not a deal breaker. -The pool was perfect! Very clean and well maintained. The pool noodles were pretty used and fell apart when we tried to use. The floaties were also well loved; I’d recommend getting a couple cheap ones at Walmart if you plan to use the pool a lot.-I knew from the prior reviews there would be very little toilet paper and paper towels for use, but was surprised to see there also were only 2 dishwasher and 2 washer tablets, so you’ll need to buy more. The dishwasher is very old and really didn’t clean the dishes, even after 2 washes. There is also only one garbage bag for use. I was also surprised that there are NO basic spices, not even salt and pepper. Every VRBO I’ve stayed at before provides all the above mentioned basic items, and even leftover condiments from prior stays, so this was disappointing and I hated having to throw away barely used condiments instead of letting the next person use them.

The property owner Michele was very helpful with any questions or concerns we had and she answered you back promptly! The home and the pool were Great and the location of the home was only mins away from WalMart, restaurants, and Disney theme parks 🤗We really enjoyed our stay at this home!

My husband and I bought this house because of its close location to Disney. Also we love the ocean which is only 45 minutes away. It is in a small, beautiful, safe develoment. We charge a lower price to make it possible for families to go to Disney.

Why they chose this property

We love the location of our home. It is just 1 mile off of Rt. 192 and so close to Disney. Right out of the Oak Island Cove Development is everything you could possibly want. It is just perfect.

What makes this property unique

The living room overlooks our heated pool which we really enjoy. We include pool heat. There is no extra charge.
