New! Spacious 4-bedroom house in Traverse City just minutes from the beach!
Welcome to Ravens Ridge Ranch! This Traverse City house boasts 4 inviting bedrooms, including 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 2 twin beds. Guests enjoy 3 bathrooms featuring a bidet, shower, and bathtub for added comfort. The space stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC, while a fitness and recreational area in the basement offers a great spot to stay active and have fun. Bright and spacious, this brilliant home provides a superb setting for relaxation and fun. Only a 10 minute drive to beautiful beaches and downtown Traverse City. Lots of paved parking area for your boat or camper as well.
Owner/Caretaker lives on site in a separate dwelling. Entry doors have keypad lock sets, the code will be provided before you arrive. Owner will also provide his phone number, feel free to contact him during your stay with any questions.
No pets are allowed.
No driving on the grass.
check in is 4 pm and checkout is 10 am.
No parties are permitted.
House is protected by security camera system.
You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. Just listed this year, more pictures to come!

The house was everything you could want in a stay with your family. Comfortable, clean, homey, Comfortable beds, clean and well equipped kitchen. Bathroom tub was great for soaking in the master bedroom. Patio was lovely. Living room had comfy couches. All it needed was some soft throw blankets for the leather couch to get snug while watching tv. The host was awesome! I would stay here again for sure and highly recommend.

Had everything 5 adults and a 4 year old needed. Close to the city but space to spread out and have some peace abd quiet. We packed garbage bags, paper towels and etc because there are often not enough to get through a long or medium time stay. There was more than enough of everything to cook and enjoy time in the house when not downtown or on a day trip.

This is a brand new and an exceptional property. The host is very kind and also is on the same property next-door so anytime you need anything he’s always available. He came and met with us greeted us and truly genuinely asked for anything that we needed that he could help us make our stay better. I would definitely live on this property again and highly recommend for anybody who is visiting Traverse City.

The property, I would rate it 5 out of 5, very spacious and clean, just as described. It was also very well located and close to downtown Traverse City. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean (I loved the master room). My baby's favorite part was going outside to pick delicious and fresh strawberries; he would go out in the mornings and afternoons, and we also made smoothies. We would definitely book it again.The host was attentive and responded quickly to my questions.

The property is brand new construction and in great shape. The open area encompassing the living, dining and kitchen is huge as well as the master bedroom/bath. It is in a very relaxing rural environment with some rolling farmland off the back yard. Large 2 car garage and patio/open air porch with beautiful stonework. If you want space inside and outside, this is the place to rent in TC. Owner lives on site with shared drive to separate building.

I have stayed in many VRBO properties. I have never stayed in one cleaner, or in better condition than this property. I had frequent communications with the host through the VRBO app, and also in person. He always responded almost immediately after I made an inquiry, and our comfort was definitely very important to him. Although living on the property in a separate building, our privacy was always respected. This property is located in a perfect location, it is in a very quiet area, but just minutes from downtown Traverse City. With it's large modern kitchen, 4 BR's , 3 Bthrms, large living area with plenty of seating, large 8 seat dining table, and 2 separate outdoor areas, it's perfect for larger groups or families. It was an A/5 star experience for us, and I would expect nothing different for anyone fortunate enough to stay at this property.

This was a beautiful property in a peaceful setting with plenty of room for everyone! It's close to Traverse City yet feels like it's in the country. The rooms are all spacious and spotless, we definitely enjoyed the big kitchen and relaxing in the great room. Highly recommend!
