Inn Sur la plage 3ème étage 2 BR / 2 BA Beachfront condo sur la pointe sud de Longboat Key

Cette escapade sur une île parfaite est situ��e à la pointe sud de Longboat Key avec une belle plage et une piscine.

Cette unité de luxe au troisième étage dispose d��environ 1700 pieds carrés avec une véranda ouverte en front de mer de 52 pieds de long. Les vues ne peuvent pas être battues! La plage est superbe et la piscine et le bain à remous invitant aussi!

Le salon surdimensionné avec 65 "télévision, salle à manger et les deux chambres ouvertes à la véranda. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec four micro-ondes, lave-linge et sèche-linge. La chambre principale a un lit king size avec dressing et salle de bain. La chambre d'amis dispose de deux lits jumeaux / simples et d'un dressing et d'une baignoire. Pour les invités supplémentaires, il y a deux poufs qui peuvent être convertis en lits simples pour enfants dans la chambre d'amis Toutes les chambres sont meublées dans un style contemporain et floridien.

Les dispositifs additionnels incluent Fios Internet, chaînes de télévision Premium avec haute définition, télécopieur et DVR. Vous profiterez d'une vue magnifique et de superbes hébergements dans cette propriété de luxe en bord de mer. Longboat Key et sa plage sont à votre disposition!

Location of property was top notch, steps from beach or pool, view from the balcony was amazing. This has nothing to do with property, thought it was unfortunate that we could not order food or drink especially poolside at lunch. Enjoyed my stay, hope to return

Wonderful stay!

Our 2-bedroom unit was clean, spacious and had a gorgeous view of the ocean. Our children got good use out of the beach and the pool, both of which are steps away from the building. It's an easy walk or drive into St Armand's Circle which offers fantastic restaurants and shopping. I can't recommend it more.

Great Condo

The property was a very nice unit with great views. I have stayed in this area for many years and have found this unit to be a great fit for me. Dallas from Florida Vacation has been very helpful and I’ve gone through her for a number of years and would recommend her.

Great Place

Other than the elevator not working 3 days out of the 6 we were there everything was great. This was a huge inconvenience as we had our 67 year old mother with us no compensation was offered but I also did not ask for one either. But the condo was in a great location and we thoroughly enjoyed the beach and the resort that it is in. You do however have to pay for the resort amenities, they are not included in the stay but this is explained before so it isn't like it was a surprise. Recommended condo for your stay!

Not ready for prime time.

When we booked this reservation for the week between Christmas and New Year’s, we were told that the unit would be completely remodeled before our arrival. A few days before arrival, we received a cryptic message that I eventually understood to say that there was no oven in the unit. We complained, because our family includes boys aged 17, 19 and 20, and being able to cook in the unit is a critical part of our vacation plan for the holidays. After we requested it, they reduced the price for the full weeks reservation by $1000. We agreed to keep the booking. The unit is lovely to look at, but there were a great many deficiencies. I’m pretty sure we were the first people to stay there after the renovations were complete. Here are a few examples The front door lock was very quirky and hard to open. The kitchen was very poorly stocked with pots and pans and tableware. It’s pretty crazy that we had no oven to cook in, but we couldn’t even make spaghetti, as there were no pots (only pans). There weren’t even six matching water glasses for a unit that supposedly held six people. The HVAC unit sounds like a jet engine every time it fires up. I would say it’s almost impossible to sleep when it kicks on. The sliding doors to the decks don’t appear to ever have been serviced during the remodel. I’m a pretty big guy, 6 foot three and 250 pounds, and you really need to put your back in it whenever you tried to open the door. You definitely can’t pull the slider open with a drink in your hand, it’s a two hand full body operation. The showers are lovely, modern glass and tiles. But the way they did the glass enclosure, with no shower door, results in water pouring all over the floor. From one of the two bathrooms we ended up having to make a dam on the floor of towels just try to keep the water from flowing from the shower across the floor of the bathroom, across the entry to the bedroom, and over by the entryway. In other words, without diligent measures, water would escape the shower and flow 10 feet away. Perhaps the most unacceptable part of our visit was that the place was overrun with small ants. My wife was so horrified, she was screaming at me for having made this reservation. She couldn’t do her yoga because every time she laid out her yoga mat on the floor, it would get covered in ants. She wouldn’t walk across the floor of the unit barefoot because of all the ant activity. I could go ok but I’m out of space.

Dear Christopher, We are truly disappointed to hear all of this – we definitely didn’t want to let you down with the unit. Our goal is just the opposite. The unit was completely renovated to ensure an exceptional and luxurious stay for our guests. As you mentioned, you were the first guests after the renovation. Unfortunately, the renovation was not yet fully complete due to supply chain problems. The oven was promised months before your arrival. As soon as we were notified of yet another delay, we reached out to you to discuss prior to your arrival. Unfortunately, there were some unknown kinks to work out after the renovation and you just happened to be the first to stay there. All of the issues you mentioned have been corrected. We did find a full drawer of pots of all sizes but will ensure that proper glassware and such are provided. Again, we apologize sincerely. It was our full intent to offer a great property, free of inconveniences or problems. We wish you had reported the problem with the shower, the doors and the other items to us during your stay. We would have done everything possible to correct for you immediately. We would have shown you the pots, oiled the door, called the contractor on the shower, etc. While we know that you were on vacation and probably didn't want the hassle of reporting the items or having repairs done, please know that we are available 24 / 7 to all guests regarding any and all of their concerns or questions. We take customer satisfaction very seriously and are truly sorry we let you down. Please reach back out to us directly and we’ll do our best to make it up to you. Exceptional Beach Condo

The photos don't do this condo justice. We were amazed at the spacious size and luxurious furnishings. The patio area views of the sunsets were magnificent. The patio area extends the entire length of the condo. Even the laundry room has a window overlooking the ocean. We all recommend this unit to anyone preferring a spacious unit, tastefully furnished, with ease to beach and pool area - very high end. We made beautiful memories and know others will too.
