This rental is the perfect place for families, especially those with young children. The full size washer and dryer are a life saver for beach days. The kids love having a yard to run around in and explore and they have a great selection of vhs and books for those rainy days. This rental has tons of details that make it a comfortable stay for families.

Beds were comfortable, the house was clean, and there was plenty of space. The only feedback I would give is that the grate on the grill is a little rusty and needs to be replaced. Also, none of the keys we had seemed to open the door closest to the driveway so we had to go to the front door every time. Minor things but wanted to mention them. I would rent this house again regardless! Thanks for a great vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay this August. The location was perfect for us since our family was living off Old Warf Rd. The house is perfect if you have company at dinner with the large dining room. The master bedroom is huge. And really loved having two bathrooms and laundry facility. My only suggestion is to update the living room furniture is very dated. Or maybe invest in sofa covers. To be honest we covered with sheets because it was just not very clean felling. We would stay here again.

Not what I expected

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been using this company for years and this has been one of the more disappointing stays. While the house was neat and tidy, it had an awful Oder. The furniture in the living room was very dirty and smelled terrible. I bought sheets to put over the couches just to help with the odor. I would not stay at this house again.

Big property and good location

Clean, big master bedroom with private bathroom and about a mile walk to the beach and cable TV in 3 of the rooms. Overall very good place to stay
