The unit we stayed in was beautiful, plenty of space for everyone. Lots of kitchen supplies to cook with . The check in was awful . Arrived to the condo around 11pm and the door code that was sent to us was not correct. Security had the same one so of course theirs did not work either. Tried to contact the emergency contact and tried multiple other numbers and so did security not one phone call was answered. So finally around 2 am the next morning my family found a hotel that had a room available. Finally got ahold of someone later that day and got the correct door code so we could get into the unit . No one ever called us back we had to reach out to them to get the code to be able to get into our unit the following day after arriving. Requested refund due to not having access to the unit after arriving and having to wait till the following day and still have not heard back from them.

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I have stayed at the majestic for the last 6 years and this condo was our greatest experience so far, it’s in a great location right by the elevators and the trash chute which makes things convenient while also having a great view of the gulf. The only negatives that we found was the jetted tub did not work (not a huge deal) and the chester drawer in the master bedroom was unstable which could result in someone getting hurt if it gets bumped into and falls over.. other than those couple things this is a 10/10 condo. Looking forward to staying here again!

Balcony needs a thorough cleaning and cushions/rugs replaced. Sofa needs some love as well or replaced. The rest of the unit was really nice. Beach and pool were great. Location nice as well. Overall a good place to stay though and would still recommend this unit.

Room was really nice and worked well for what we needed. It was decently clean when we arrived except for the bottom of the curtains for the sliding glass doors, they were filthy at the bottom. The bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom were a nice thought but not for a child of any height or size, top did not seem steady enough to hold anyone. The master bed was heaven, the other queen in the 2nd bedroom was hard as a rock and very uncomfortable to sleep on. It is advertised as having a jacuzzi tub but the jets did not work. Really enjoyed the resort and would stay there again for sure. Communication on an issue we had with the A/C was a nightmare but we survived.

No shower

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place! Very clean and spacious. But I was unable to use the master bath shower for 3 1/2 days. It what I would expect for what I paid. I would appreciate a response or compensation.

The condo needs a good cleaning! The drapes are so dirty. The balcony needs pressure washed and furniture replaced as cushions are past their prime and wicker is falling apart all of which are not said or shown in the pictures. The king bed you need a pole vault to jump into depending on your height. There is no campus map in the room and one of the outdoor pools was closed the entire time of my stay. Stove top glass needs serious cleaning. Sectional couch past its prime cushions all sunken in so hard to get out of in some spots. Just overall cleanliness was an issue that was misleading from the photos!

Great for families!

The condo was beautiful and immaculate. The complex is one of my favorites in PC Beach. Family friendly with many pools and activities.

Fall break getaway!

This condo was perfect! We loved the view and saw so many dolphins from the balcony. The sliding door from the living room was really hard to open, but we just used the access from the master.

Beautiful condo

Our stay at the Majestic was great! The only drawback to our stay was that the washer didn't work. We traveled a long distance with a big family so was hoping to have use of the laundry, but other than that our condo was amazing! Would definitely return!

Great place to stay

The room was very clean and comfortable m, great location and access to the Beach. The bracelet police were a little much LOL but other than that I would highly recommend..
