Nouvelle inscription du propriétaire le 24 sept. 2019! Nous avons repris la direction de notre ancienne société de gestion. Transmettre les économies à vous! Super endroit, à un super prix!

Actuellement 7 nuits pour le prix de 6 sur toutes les saisons sauf le pic de l'été. CET ACHAT EST DEJA INCLUS dans les devis VRBO. Renseignez-vous sur les prix aprÚs mai 2021 (oui, à deux ans de distance) car il s'agit d'un prix de base élevé au-delà de 19 mai 2021, car je ne l'ai pas encore entré!

6BR 6BA. Front de mer. Bassin. Plusieurs suites principales avec bains à remous. Grands balcons. Grandes vues. Grande plage! Peut accueillir jusqu'à 20, 40 des deux cÎtés! Cette liste est pour l'unité du cÎté est. Le cÎté ouest est également disponible sur VRBO.

Un guide complet, comprenant des aperçus de l'impressionnant nouveau passage de la plage que nous avons mis en place. Sortez du salon de niveau principal, sur le pont et sur la promenade!

Détente luxueuse vous attend dans ce fabuleux duplex en bord de mer. Chaque cÎté de cette maison de plage peut accueillir 20 personnes et dispose de 6 chambres et 6 salles de bains, dont 2 suites principales, chacune avec son propre bain à remous. Il y a un trÚs grand lit dans la chambre principale, un canapé-lit dans le salon et un autre dans la taniÚre. Au deuxiÚme niveau, il y a des chambres avec 1 roi, un autre roi et un lit queen. Au 3Úme niveau, nous avons des chambres avec 2 reines, 2 autres reines et un lit superposé.

La maison dispose de 2 réfrigérateurs (oui, ce serait 4 réfrigérateurs si vous choisissez de rester dans les deux cÎtés: vous ne pouvez jamais avoir trop d'espace réfrigérateur!), plusieurs téléviseurs, lecteurs de DVD, cùble, Internet, téléphone avec appels nationaux longue distance gratuits et nombreux balcons à chaque niveau.

Il y a une piscine extérieure couverte qui est partagée entre les deux cÎtés. La piscine a une douche extérieure pour vous aider à garder le sable hors de vos lits confortables.

Non fumeur s'il vous plaßt, mais ne hésitez pas à manger beaucoup de crevettes, se prélasser au soleil, et passer un bon moment!

The view was outstanding! The deck was small for our group but we spent our time on the beach! I personally enjoyed the walkover! The kitchen was well appointed! Great trip except for the hurricane!

Our annual family vacation was great thanks to Bama Beach Houses. Wits End East was adequately spacious and ideally located. It had two rocking chairs in the main area, which was great since we had 4 children under the age of 2. The walkway to the beach made for easy access and wrangling little ones. The separate bonus den was the perfect “play room” for our littles. The host communicated with us effectively prior to our arrival and during. We enjoyed our week in Wits End E.

Wit’s End was exactly as described in listing. We enjoyed the boardwalk over the dune to the beach and the shaded pool in the hot afternoon hours. The host gave excellent communication throughout the time leading up to the stay and the week of the stay. Would definitely rent again.

We took a trip with four other couples to Wit's End East, and even though I'd personally seen the property before renting I was skeptical the duplex would be spacious enough for 10 people. Boy was I wrong! We had plenty of room, the second refrigerator in the kitchen was a godsend, and could even park all five cars in the driveway :) We had all the towels and kitchen implements we needed and loved being on the beach, the shaded pool was perfect when it got too warm. Everyone had a great time and this could be the start of an annual family trip, thanks!

Plenty of room, that second fridge earning its keep, all five cars in the driveway, and the shaded pool for when it heats up. Five couples, zero cramped — that's the dream! Management was incredibly responsive! We let them know about a bed spring broken and they had new ones delivered the next day. Also, asked for the pool to be heated after our first day and they immediately got it done. Great place for families. Several child locks on doors, access to the beach and the pool access. I felt very comfortable with our kids there.

This house was a great space for a family to gather, plenty of sleeping space and areas to 'escape' if needed. The beach walkover is a great addition to the property as is the pool!

Amazing place

It was absolutely amazing! We had all 14 members of my family there and we were completely comfortable! It was extremely easy to get to the beach and my husband who is disabled and is in a wheelchair (when needed) was able to get around.

One thing led to another and we ended up a several large, family-friendly, large group friendly, places along the Gulf. Wits End is currently a great deal for its size. Why? Different management company for a long time, and then we took over just recently and have not (yet!) adjusted the pricing to match our other 6 BR units. Lots of updates last year, including the new beach walkover, and more updates planned over the winter 2019.

Right on the beach. Big. Great value. And a very cool new beach walkover, over the dunes, from the second floor. How cool is that??! Wits End was actually the first home we took several of our friends' and their families way back when the kids were in elementary school. In fact we went for shrimp festival, and it was a blast. My oldest caught a flounder, go figure!, with our family friend, and baseball coach, Paul. That was quite the sight flopping around. The fish, not our friend, or my son.... We couldn't make as many trips over the years, as the kids aged up and leaving school became harder, but Wits End always brings back fond memories of that great trip. Oh, and the shrimp, and beach, and more shrimp, and the little zoo that could, and more shrimp....
