Notre condo 1 chambre (loft) et 1. 5 salles de bains est tout au sujet de son emplacement prÚs du coeur du quartier touristique historique de Durango. Le condo est à seulement 5 pùtés de maisons (moins de 10 minutes à pied) de la rue principale historique et une offre apparemment infinie de restaurants, boutiques et galeries.

Il y a une place de parking couverte sous le bùtiment et le condo dispose d'une laveuse / sécheuse et d'un petit balcon. Il est situé juste en face du café Durango Joes ainsi que de Durango Natural Foods Coop.

A great home base for fun in Durango

With good restaurants nearby and a short walk to the train, this a great home base for you to explore Durango! Well appointed and as advertised, this condo was an excellent choice for a Colorado getaway.

Very clean with comfortable master bed and bedding. Large loft area for the master. Overall, a good property for a single or couple wanting to be close to downtown - I walked there a couple of times. Great coffee place right across the street and restaurants you can walk to.

Instructions/Communication were very clear. The condo had everything we needed. It's in a great location as you are in walking distance to the downtown hot spots. I didn't give the highest rating because the surrounding building were very sketchy. We didn't encounter any issues, tho.

Convenient location, very comfortable

In town for business, this condo was perfect for my needs. Clean, convenient, and comfortable. Only minor flaw was the parking spot, which is small and often occupied by other vehicles, but other spots were available so not a huge deal.

Great stay!

This was a great stay for a work trip that occurred during holidays, and we really enjoyed Durango from this location. Everything was just exactly perfect except for I had to do a small bit of cleaning upon arrival, and more importantly, the dryer heat seemed to vent directly into that closet (not sure if it was venting outside).

Exploring Durango and Area

We wanted to be in Durango to see the town and get to know the surrounding area. Unit was close to town and very convenient. A must eatery is the College Street Cafe, we ate breakfast there 2 times!

This condo unit was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, so conveniently located, quiet, safe, with covered parking
we were able to easily walk to downtown so a couple of days we didn’t even use our car. With the Sojo Amenity boxes throughout the unit, we had everything we needed for our stay.

Good visit

We had a wonderful visit to Durango. The place was clean and a good location. It suited our needs for the visit. Please note that the parking space that comes with the unit is very small. With a large truck, we were unable to use. I'm not a fan of all of the packaged supplies that come with a Vacasa rental - not very friendly for our earth.

Great Location

Great location, some traffic noise, and stairs up to the unit. The first photo in the listing said there is a queen sofa bed in the living room. It is just a loveseat. Other than a few small things, the condo was comfortable and well equipped.
