Enjoy this spacious unit with high ceilings and a washer/dryer in the unit! Our 1bedroom, 1bathroom, located on the 3rd floor, features a king bed with a full bathroom, including a walk-in shower, and a queen size sofa bed in the living room. It may not have a balcony but with large windows, high ceilings, and more floor space, it feels like home.
The open concept living space, entails a full size kitchen, full size oven, a microwave, and a washer/dryer combo.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

This is a very spacious unit, in a prime location, walking distance to downtown Charlevoix. There is an in unit, full sized washer and dryer, and a full size refrigerator with freezer. It is on the conference center side, so we were a little confused when we arrived at 11:30 pm and the third floor elevator didn’t show room numbers above 360. We found it quickly, and would have found it even sooner had we arrived when the front desk was staffed.

Beautiful condo

Such a beautiful place for a weekend getaway. Everything downtown was in close proximity. Loved the pool, hot tub and exercise room. Good coffee in the lobby too!

The property was very nice and easy access to the downtown. The only disappointing thing is that it is not lover looking the lake. The pictures on line lead you to believe this and this is why I booked this one.

A very rough stay

A vague, buried sentence in the reservation confirmation about Spring construction and the bridge facing unit, with the nightly bridge construction and bell ringing from 7p-6a was unreal. Construction debris, nails, staples were all over the parking lot. A rough stay all around.
