Welcome to our newly updated home in the heart of downtown Durango. This quiet 2 bed/1.5 bath home is 2 blocks away from Historic Main avenue. The home features a queen bed in each of the bedrooms. TVs in each bedroom full kitchen and dining area, living area, and a private fenced yard featuring outdoor dining table with led lit umbrella , gas firetable, and gas grill . Perfect location within walking distance of Main Ave Restaurants, Bars, and Shops, The Animas River trail, The Silverton Train, Hiking/Biking trails and all Durango has to offer!

We had a great stay. The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We loved the short walk to town! Monica was a great host. She was very friendly and responsive throughout our booking and stay and we would definitely book with her again and recommend her to others.

The house was easy walking distance to downtown. The house had everything needed. The secluded outside seating area with grill was perfect for our guests. They were all envious.

Wonderful stay in Durango! House is very centrally located and gave us great access to both downtown as well as short walk to hikes / bike rides Monica was a spectacular host - would absolutely stay here again!

Probably our favorite rental we’ve ever had. Monica was outstanding, home was spotless, well stocked kitchen, parking was easy, and excellent proximity to downtown on the river trail. Would stay here in a heartbeat!

This property was outstanding and exactly as advertised! My sister and I were in Durango for a sisters weekend and this property was clean, beautiful and so convenient. The host was super communicative and helpful and it was so easy from behind to end. When I come back to Durango I will 100% book this property again!

Great little house close to Main St in Durango. This house has everything you need and you can walk anywhere in town. It’s right next to a park and tennis courts and is close to Ski Barn and a grocery store. Monica was a great host!

We loved this beautiful home, very clean and comfortable and it has a perfect location within walking distance of everything in town. Monica, our hostess was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. We've been coming to Durango for years and this was the best place we've stayed. Also, easy to get to Purgatory if you're skiing.

We enjoyed our stay at Renovated Home in Historic Downtown. The kitchen is well equipped. There was plenty of hot water for showers. The central heating kept us warm on cold days. It’s in a great location and neighborhood.

This is one of my favorite vacation rentals. It had everything that we needed and then some. Location is great and the house is so cute and well done. Outdoor space is perfect too. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay! The home was spotless, beautifully renovated, and perfectly located in historic downtown Durango. Everything we needed was provided — from a well-stocked kitchen to comfortable beds and thoughtful touches throughout. Check-in was easy, and the host made sure we had everything we could possibly need. It was the perfect place to relax and feel at home. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again
