Welcome! Morningside Retreat is located in a quiet, private neighborhood that is just minutes from downtown, restaurants and shopping, also located less than 1 mile to YMCA and multiple public pools, 4 miles to Venice Beach, Sharky’s On The Pier, Manasota, Caspersen, Downtown Venice, few miles to Wellen Park.

Fully renovated in 2022, comfortable and open plan house. Fully stocked kitchen with lots of bonus necessities. BBQ/WiFi/Garage parking/Bikes/Gym/Outdoor washing station/Beach chairs/towels. Everything is there for your enjoyable stay!

You will have exclusive access to the entire home during your stay. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy the privacy and comfort of the entire space!

You are welcome to relax and unwind in the backyard, watch the birds play around the tree, birdbath and squirrels chase each other in the trees. Additionally you'll find a propane BBQ grill for your use, cozy chairs, romantic string lights above and a propane fire pit. It's the perfect spot for enjoying the outdoors and creating lasting memories!

I have implemented a convenient keyless entry system for your ease and security. Prior to your arrival - approximately one day before or earlier, I will provide you with a unique access code that will grant you entry into the property for the duration of your stay. No need to worry about keys!

From the moment you step through the door, I want you to feel a warm embrace of comfort and tranquility. Should you have any questions or require any assistance during your stay, I am just a phone call or message away.

Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in time is at 4pm, and check-out time is at 10am. Please let me know in advance if you require any flexibility with these timings, and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.

Parking:
There is driveway parking available on the premises for your convenience. Additionally, you can park your vehicle inside garage, so please use that if you’d prefer.

House Rules:
I kindly request that you familiarize yourself with the house rules I have set in place to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for all guests. These rules may include guidelines regarding noise levels, no smoking, no pet policy, and any specific instructions for equipment or amenities within the property. Please respect these guidelines during your stay.

Amenities:
My house is equipped with a range of amenities to enhance your experience. This includes fully equipped kitchen, the best high speed Wi-Fi available, air conditioning, play room, games, books, bikes, small gym, beach supplies, etc.

Nearby Attractions:
Location of my house offers you an easy access to several beautiful beaches, including Venice Beach, Manasota Beach Casperson Beach and Sharky's Beach. You'll also find a variety of restaurants, shops, and recreational activities in close proximity. I would want you to consider exploring the newly developed New Wellen park and get pleasantly surprised! If you want to take a dip in the pool, I highly recommend our local YMCA - it is about a mile away and has a nice outdoor pool, indoor racket ball courts, basketball courts and workout equipment.

I will be more than happy to provide recommendations or answer any questions you may have about local attractions. In addition I have created a guide book that might help you with restaurant, things to do and see recommendations.

Your safety is of utmost importance to me. House is equipped with exterior security cameras, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and other necessary safety measures. Please familiarize yourself with the emergency procedures outlined in the guest manual.
