Perfect place to stay in Chico! I had a quick question that came up during our stay and was answered in minutes and our issue was resolved. The hosts are absolutely excellent. The only thing I would have done differently is to communicate with them more. If you need anything special, I'm sure they will do their best to accommodate you during your stay! This was a great house for a vacation with friends and my dogs. Fully fenced yards. The pool was refreshing and the property was clean. The communication with the host was easy. I will definitely be staying here in the future.

The dishwasher was falling out of the spot. Every time you opened it, it pulls out of casing. 2 the floor vents were filthy caked In Dust I don’t understand how the host did not see this. 3 the Pool gate bottom was rusted out and broken pieces that cut my Sisters ankle when the gate closed bad cut to her ankle . 4. The game room was dirty. Over all don’t waste your money so not worth it!

We are surprised by your review, as nothing about any of this was communicated to us during your stay. We would certainly have taken any and all steps to remedy any problems immediately if we are made aware. 1) the glass was not broken before you arrived and was only discovered by the house cleaner upon your departure, along with the kitchen faucet that you also broke. 2) the dishwasher has been resecured into the casing- the screw had somehow come loose. Again- it was fine prior to your stay. 3) the area between the washer and dryer, in the garage, has been thoroughly cleaned. 4) VRBO informed us that you reported your sister's ankle was cut by glass, but here you say it was cut by a pool gate. Your story is not consistent. 5) the house has floor vents. When the a/c runs, it is not uncommon for vents to get dusty. The house cleaner checked all vents in the home, as she does after every guest, and did not find what you are mentioning here. In any case, we wish you safe future travels. We, however, would not recommend other hosts rent to you.

The property was just as described. We appreciated that the driveway is a half circle with two options to pull in. We stayed for a family event that required a lot of trips and back and forth, and the road while super busy is a main road for the neighborhood. Being able to pull in and then drive out the other driveway without backing into the road was nice. It also meant that there was plenty of parking in front of the house.

Perfect Summer Get Away!

Was a wonderful property! We got to swim and have summer fun by the pool. The backyard is exceptional and the home was equipped with everything we needed. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Chico!

Host had great communicating with us prior to check in and at check out, was also available though not needed during stay. Parking was excellent! Everyone was able to park on the property no problem. Pool was awesome! Gated and could be locked. The kids in our family pretty much lived in it the whole time we were there:). Entire backyard was great! Lots of seating options so our teens and adults could have their own spaces. Lawn area to play outdoor games Covered patio Loved the converted garage space for games/kids/teens. Good location overall, easy to get to, safe neighborhood, quick drive to local food/coffee/shopping. We traveled for my nieces' graduations from junior high and high school. Half of our family live in the area, half traveled in. This property allowed us to all gather together and build wonderful family memories
