Vanderbilt Beach, Perfect location steps to beach and great access to stores/restaurants. Recently Remodeled Kitchen and both bathrooms, 2 bed/2 FULL bath corner balcony unit 1350 sqFt.

> Vanderbilt Beach out the back door of our building along state park (4 minute walk). I provide beach trolly to hold beach chairs, umbrella, coolers etc.
>I provide 2 new kayaks on a rack directly at the kayak launch just steps from the building. I provide everything needed (kayaks, paddles, life vests and Yeti coolers)-see pics for water trail to the gulf. Watch your grandsons launch kayaks and paddle around the harbor from the balcony.

>Also provided are two bicycles (mens/womans) to explore on land.

>Enjoy the beach during the day, relax by the Pool and watch a beautiful beach sunset without getting in a car. Tons of shopping (Whole Foods, Trader Joes, etc) and restaurants just a 5 minute drive away.

Exactly as described

Very nice condo in a very nice neighborhood, close to stores, restaurants and parks. The pool is crystal clear and perfect temperature. Only a short walk to the beach. Owner (Jeff) provides a beach cart with chairs, umbrella, noodles along with a cooler. More than plenty beach towels. Everything you need is provided. Comfortable beds and good pressure in the shower. Jeff is an excellent host and was quick to reply to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Vacation

My husband and I spent a month in Naples at this location and we have nothing bad to say about it. It was a quick walk to the beach and everything that we needed was close by. Friendly people and great restaurants! We rented bikes for the first two weeks, didn't even need a car because everything was so close. The beaches were immaculate and Jeff was a great help! We will be back!

We loved our Naples get away!

Vanderbelt towers is a perfect location. We wanted a beach vacation and that is what we had...a great unit with everything necessary to enjoy the beach and have a great get away. We had easy access to the pool and a quick walk to the beach. We walked Gulfshore Blvd every morning, enjoyed our coffee on Vanderbilt Beach and returned to spend the day on Bluebill Beach or one of the many golf courses nearby. Our host has a beautifully furnished unit with everything necessary, from beach towels and coolers to a fully equipped kitchen. A washer and dryer were available and next time we’ll know better and won’t pack so much. Thanks Jeff for making it a perfect vacation, your tips on places to go and restaurants to enjoy helped make our time even more enjoyable.

Great Location

Jeff is the most accommodating owner we have ever dealt with. You can expect an immediate response to any questions you have. The condo has a nice view of the harbor and is within a very quick walk to the beach.

Location! Amenities!

We rented this property for the month of February 2016. This property is ideally located near the gorgeous beach ( a few minutes walk) and but a mile and a half to the Publix. A good selection of restaurants are available within a few miles. The pool shared by Towers 1 and 2 is large and just outside the front door of the condo buildings. We never had difficulty finding chairs to sit in, whether you were looking for sun or shade. It was a great spot to socialize with owners/tenants. The property also had a BBQ available for tenants and was always available and clean when we decided to use it (there is a sign up sheet). Security around the property was also well set up. From the day we booked this property we found the owner to be responsive, informative and helpful. He met us upon arrival to give us our keys and gave us a tour of the condo, the property and access to the beach. The condo is spacious with lots of natural light , a large screened-in lanai with nice views of a marina and offers a large 55" TV in the living room. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Naples and in this condo and appreciated the attentiveness of the owner. We would definitely recommend this property.
