Cet emplacement et la vue sont difficiles à battre! Il est à quelques pas de la plage de sable blanc qui étend sans interruption, sauf pour Crystal Pier, pour 3. 5 miles. Une variété de boutiques et de restaurants merveilleux sont à une courte distance à pied en bas de la belle promenade.

Admirez les magnifiques couchers de soleil depuis les fenêtres de l'ouest qui donnent sur l'océan, la plage et de la promenade et ne pas oublier la vue que vous pourrez voir à travers les fenêtres du nord des collines de La Jolla. Ce magnifique condo a été récemment mis à jour et tout est de qualité supérieure. Cuisine entièrement équipée a des armoires de bois franc, comptoirs en granit, appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, et les planchers de tuiles dans la cuisine, salle de bain et l'entrée. Tous les nouveaux meubles comprend un lit king size, un lit queen avec un seul lit gigogne gigogne et un canapé-lit avec un matelas en mousse à mémoire. Télévision par câble, internet par câble avec le WiFi et des appels nationaux illimités gratuitement. Les chaises de plage et serviettes, parasol et des planches de bodyboard. Il y a une grande salle de lavage pièce op où vous pouvez faire tout votre linge à la fois.

Piscine communautaire et un bain à remous, salon, barbecue à gaz et un parking souterrain se prélasser pour un véhicule. Le bâtiment est verrouillé et nécessite une clé d'entrée.

The Location and the condo can not be beat. It is so central, walking distance, to everything you really need at the beach. Restaurants, beach, grocery store. Check out the local listings for the events, i.e. farmers markets, they are a great added attraction. We had a hiccup upon arrival but Nancy's made good on the inconvenience. The place is AWESOME!!

Beautiful Beachfront Condo

Great ocean view, location. Beach is outside the building. Many restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Pacific Beach has many college students, surfers and tourists. Days are lively but nights are quiet for sleeping. Really happy with this choice. It’s doesn’t have a balcony unfortunately-that would be even better.

Perfect ocean view condo in PB

Gorgeous ocean views, comfortable beds, sparkling clean and well-stocked kitchen, beach supplies, parking - this place has everything you need for an amazing vacation. The owner's instructions were clear and helpful. The building itself isn't the fanciest on the block, but this unit is perfection! Would happily stay here again.

Location is awesome

My husband, my self and our 2 young boys stayed for a 10 day vacation. Location is amazing and the private parking was great as parking in PB is crazy. Kitchen was well stocked. Walked on the beach every morning which is right at the doorstep. Loved it!!

This was a wonderful place. The view is outstanding. You can see all the way up and down the coast. The condo had everything we needed. Very comfortable. I would stay again in a heartbeat. The stairs to the beach were right outside the condo and all the shops are within walking distance

Great family vacation

We just got back from our wonderful stay from here. The condo is pretty much as pictured. It was fully equipped with everything you need inside but also had bikes, sand toys, boogie boards and much more. The location is amazing. It is just steps away from the boardwalk and the beach (and our favorite Konos). I had an issue with one of the keys and Nancy came over to help me out. There were earlier post about one of the neighbors but we didn’t have any issues.

Best location!

We loved our stay and everything about this 3rd floor beachfront condo. Location, location, location says it all. We walked on the beach every morning, lots of coffee shops, restaurants and stores all within a short walk. It was nice to have underground secure parking and the sunset views were amazing. The bedrooms were comfy and cozy, nice to have a fireplace and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed to make meals or just warm up leftovers. Keyless entry worked great and communication with our host was great! We have already recommended to a couple of friends and we would love to come back. Thank you for everything!

Mixed Feelings

The property was in a great location and offered lots of amenities, however we were disappointed in the fact that the shower curtain had mold and the tub had not been cleaned. The windows were so dirty that you could barely see through them. We had to do a load of laundry so we could take a shower because all the towels provided were wet and smelled bad. Pretty place, but everything was dirty.

Fabulous!

I have to say that this was the best stocked beach house we have ever stayed at! And we have stayed at many. It had everything we needed from cookware, utensils, small appliances, some spices, fans, to bikes and beach accessories! Everything we needed was completely covered, and some! The house was clean, had a beautiful living room view of the ocean that never grew old. We spent lots of time at the beach boogie boarding, visited Sea World, took in a Padres baseball game, visited the Old Point Loma Light House, watched the seals at Children's Beach in La Jolla and enjoyed the tide pools, and took in a farmer's market. I would highly recommend this beach house!

Home Away from Home

This might be our favorite beach trip yet. We’ve been traveling to Pacific Beach for the last decade, staying between other VRBO and hotels. My husband and I agreed this was the best property so far, and the most relaxed we’ve been. About us: 4 in our party—parents and 2 kids. I do think this property could easily fit 5 people, maybe even 6. The “starter” kit provided by the rental agency lasted our family the entire trip. There was plenty of hot water for everyone to shower. Very family friendly property with games, books, DVDs. Some things of note for future travelers, the beds were firm, as were the pillows. If you prefer more cushion, you might want to bring stuff from home. They aren’t joking with parking—the garage is typical for this beachfront area. Very tight, both height and width of spaces. Our Honda Pilot fit, but barely. It’s $3 to wash and dry a load of laundry, in quarters. However, many of the places nearby are cashless. Also, there are only 4 beach towels. Not a huge deal, until one of your kids drops two in icky water. Overall, very satisfied with our trip and plan to return next year!

Overall very good experience. The unit we stayed in was in very good condition. The building was fair. But a great location. Great views of the beach. The staff at Nancy’s vacation rental was excellent and helpful. The only drawback was the hot tub is broken and from talking to residents, it’s not worked in a long time. Very clean property. Check in was tricky since we were not driving, and first entry is through the garage. Close to a grocery store and restaurants. Quiet which was nice, since we needed to leave windows open. My kids loved the beach toys.

The property and condo were very nice and we enjoyed our stay. Pros- plenty of towels and extra linens. Kitchen well stocked. Extras like laundry soap, baggies all sizes, extra toilet paper and many more. We asked for a mat for the shower and it was quickly delivered. Cons- a resident that has mental problems was very disruptive, yelling and ranting until he was taken away by police. We would have appreciated a heads up as it was a little scary for two women traveling alone. However, Nancy did come over to discuss it when we complained. We were told he is not a danger but still it was not a pleasant experience. The king size bed was not comfortable. Soft and seemed unlevel. Check-in process was cumbersome. All in all we loved our vacation and would stay again if the resident with problems is gone.

Great condo, worrisome neighbor

Although not exactly fair to the owner as this is out of their control, but the neighbor 2 doors down apparently has some mental problems and he made us uncomfortable a couple of times. We were a little worried to let our children walk by his door, especially when he was outside chanting and yelling about decapitations. Other than that, we were extremely happy with our stay. Great condo and as advertised!

Our interaction with guests by phone, email, and text are in an effort to ensure that our guests are in the know, feel prepared, and completely at ease while staying with us. We are available 7 days a week from 10a-6pm PST, and after hours in case of emergency!
