Welcome to Sunshine Bellis! This inviting and bright vacation space checks all the boxes for a relaxing, fun and picturesque home away from home experience!

Highlighted by the sunny southern rear elevation overlooking the long view of the lake; this 3 bedroom, office, 2 bathrooms & fully supplied kitchen is stunning. Private front office is perfect for working while on an extended stay or a 4th bedroom! Pool is heated and lit for those perfect vacation nighttime swims. The community center offers a LARGE community pool, basketball and tennis courts, and a play place for the kiddos!

Only 25 min from Anna Maria Island and 30 min from Siesta Key! Also, only 15 minutes from IMG Academy! Sarasota Jungle Gardens is 20 short minutes away!

Conveniently located just 10 min from the Sarasota/Bradenton Airport and 1 ourr from the Tampa Airport!

The property was lovely, spacious and very clean. It had everything we needed and was in a great location, close to restaurants and shops. It was easy to access from the Interstate (approx 10 mins) and the beaches were only a short drive away.The owner was quick to respond to messages. We had an issue with the pool when we arrived but the owner was quick to respond and the issue was sorted quickly which we appreciated. We enjoyed the use of the pool and loved the overlook of the pond/lake behind the property with all the different types of birds.We would happily return to the property in the future

We had an initial issue when we arrived but contacted the property owner and they were reaponsive and made it right. The location was close to shopping and stores...a little bit of a drive to the beach with traffic (but expected this time of the year). Pool at the house is very nice as was the property

House was exactly as pictured. Very clean, smelled great. Pool was awesome- very tranquil view of pond. Nice quiet neighborhood. Everything exceeded my expectations. Kitchen was well appointed. Owner very responsive and easy to contact via text. Would stay again and recommend to friends.

Fantastic House!

Wow! This house was perfect for our needs. It was so well appointed, with no detail overlooked. The owners did a fantastic job anticipating what might be needed to make a vacation hassle-free. The house was light and sunny, with a pretty view across the lagoon. We will definitely book again! Thank you!!!

Lovely stay and lovely home

Lovely property in quiet neighbourhood with great south facing view over a long lake. Spacious and well equipped. Good air conditioning. Owners responsive. Lovely pool though advertised pool heating didn’t seem to function. We raised this at the end of the first week and we’re told it would be looked at but didn’t hear anything further. The rental was good value for money and we would consider returning.
