Welcome to your Pensacola Beach retreat! This 4-bedroom, 4-bath Gulf view condo is perfectly situated across the street from the beach, placing you just a short stroll from local shopping, dining, and entertainment options. It's a prime spot to watch the Blue Angels fly too!

Designed with both comfort and convenience in mind, Crib 1 has plenty of room for everyone—including your furry friends (pet fee required)! Plus, the small side yard adds a touch of outdoor space perfect for stretching legs or enjoying a bit of fresh air.

The master bedroom offers a king bed, a queen sleeper sofa, an ensuite bathroom, and stunning Gulf views. A second bedroom also features a king bed with its own ensuite bath, while the third and fourth bedrooms each have a king bed, with an ensuite in the fourth bedroom for added privacy. This condo offers all Smart TV's so you won't have to miss any of your favorite shows!

The spacious living area includes two queen sleeper sofas, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests—ideal for family gatherings or a getaway with friends. If you're traveling with multiple families, Crib 2 is located just above this property and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It's the perfect combination for a multiple family retreat!

Family Beach Trip

I arrived a friday night and did not have to drive again until my checkout monday morning! Beach was directly across the street with the pier and cute little shops all at walking distance! The check in and out process was a snap. The property was clean and very spacious. Everyone was comfortable and had an enjoyable time. The property is within walking distance to the beach and fishing pier. You can also walk to a couple of restaurants without worrying about parking. Would definitely recommend this property.

Paradise!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Crib 1 with our two small dogs and it was perfect. First it was immaculate (very important to me!) this location was perfect, surprisingly quiet near the main strip. GREAT back yard for the dogs to run leash free with soft grass (no pricklers!) Great cul de sac to walk dogs safely. Three wonderful ocean facing balconies with safety glass so dogs could run the balconies and 'visit' with passers by - they LOVED it. you can walk anywhere from here easily. Owners are so nice and welcomed us and gave us recommendations for restaurants etc. this place is large and well laid out. Kitchen is great with plenty of space and a great set of tools and small appliances. Pictures do not do justice we were thrilled with this space.
