Sparrow’s Nest is the perfect place to get away from it all while being close to both the beach and the downtown shopping. Newly remodeled and redecorated, with its peaceful deck, comfortable King Size bed and tasteful decorations you will enjoy your stay while being close to everything. Please enjoy your time here, relax and unwind, take a walk to downtown for some shopping or just walk along the water. Please sign our guest book and leave us a comment.
The space
Spacious, 1 bedroom, 1 bath home with a King Size bed, bathroom with a walk in shower a full kitchen and huge family room to relax in. Outside is a nice deck for relaxing and unwinding on. Feel free to cook your catch on the provided gas barbque grill.

Sweet coastal town and a great location! The property owner was informative and responsive. The home was nicely furnished, comfortable, and spotless. It’s extremely close to Rockport’s charming historic district and convenient public access to the water. Our little dog especially loved sunning on the deck! We hope to return soon and try out the fishing.

A Perfect Getaway

We had an incredible stay at this VRBO rental! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as pictured. The host was communicative and thoughtful. Location was ideal too — close to shops, restaurants, and beach. We felt right at home and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

The house is so cute and feels like a home. The best part is the huge living room space! Victor was very responsive and great host. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Peaceful

Sparrow’s Nest was a peaceful & pleasant getaway.Pictures on website are accurate. The living room was larger than expected enough room for husband and I to relax. We enjoyed sitting outside and having conversations and sipping on drinks. Sparrow’s Nest is a go to! Planning to stay again. Thank you Victor & Cheryl for the welcome basket..

Rockport Retreat

My daughter and her dog stayed at this beautiful property for nearly two weeks. It was beautiful, well maintained, and the owners were very responsive to requests. They were very welcoming of dogs (or at least Duke) - they provided dog dishes, and pet toys and treats. The location was fantastic; the only negative was the weather (a bit cold and rainy at times). You could walk down to the water, to shops, to nature trails. Amazing retreat and place to work remote. Lastly, very reasonably priced. I highly recommend booking this place for your next trip.

Amazing

I recently stayed here for a weekend trip to visit family, and it was everything I could have hoped for! The property is incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches that make it feel like a home away from home. The furniture was cozy yet stylish, and the bed was like sleeping on clouds. The property was spotless, and the hosts clearly take pride in maintaining it. They even left a welcome basket with snacks, which was such a nice touch.If you’re looking for a relaxing, hassle-free stay, I can’t recommend this rental enough.
